I might get bashed for saying this because I think half of the forum is from 2000s generation... but I just loved that bit when Adiya talked about how childhood was nice in the 1990s (did I hear right? I mean maybe it was 1980s😕😆) ... Myself being from the 1990s my childhood was awesome with no phone or social media... and yes I didn't try to wake my friends up ad 2.00 am and forcing them have to have black coffee with chips😆
I just love how their relation grows up, they also share those little things about life in general, that's what makes Adiya so special and so relatable. ❤️

Apart from that would like to hear how 2000s from our forum spent or are spending their childhood/teenager/uni years with all the new technologies around them 😉

yes...i only communicated through the phone ...although when i got in college social media and everything was huge ...it did bar me from having conversations with ppl ..i was a shy kid so whenever id have to talk to people i was afraid of ..i just stared at my phone pretending to be busy ..even these days people dont talk on the phone a lot ...

@prs_725 : I remember that I got my first phone after I graduated from high school and I was kinda scared to use it though I was really excited😆 as for social media I used to talk through msn with friends tho wizz bips and all epic! 😆
@Ayraa: great to know that and yes I love the fact CVs are showing us those simple things... Whenever I talk with my friends we all agree that our childhood was special and we learnt from it...there were no only good moments but bad ones too

I m to 80s kid😆. So yeah my childhood was so bful with us sisters playing real games with each other than playing games on mobile or pc. N in summers my cousins used to come to stay n we would have a blast with more ppl to play real games. My childhood was best as compared to the childhood i see of todays generation spent in front of mobile or pc games n cartoon videos.

@princy: tu toh bhadi badmaash nikhli🤣 Adiya ka asar hogaya tha at that time tum par 😆
@geet: awww great to know that... I didn't wanted to say the point you've said but yes I've noticed it too... I'm working in a high school and today's generation well a huge part of the students is just in front of their phones ... 😲 I noticed even my cousins children who are still kids are using phones laptops and Ipads And I feel really bad for them actually I don't want to make this point general though

Lol if they're 90s kids then that means they're 28 at the most . Kaisa logic hai yeh? 😆

But yeah I agree! Despite popularity of mobile phones and social media, I wasn't allowed to have any of it during my early teens when all my friends did. Most of my friends with strict Indian parents weren't allowed to as well. We would all have to use the telephone at night when our parents were sleeping if we wanted to make secret plans 😆
