How come we don't get to see any pimples on any actresses in any movie scenes? Yes I've seen pictures but never actually in any videos unless I am mistaken?

I've seen a pimple on Nutan's face in Sujata movie!!:)

..I think the layer of cake of make-up does the job in hiding a pimple..

I've seen pimples on Ileana and some random actresses in Telugu movies though... but ya, it's rare.

In the first close up of Madhuri in Mujhe Neend Na Aaye, you can tell her break outs have been covered with layers of make up.

I've also seen an interview where Priyanka Chopra had a zit on her face lol.

Madhuri and Meenakshi had plenty of pimples but those were visible then as the makeup was not as good as these days... Aaj Kal spray paint makeup hota hai...

If you really want to know, acne facials are common to minimize acne appearances and breakouts. If there is an acne/pimple on your face and you have no time to get it treated, you can simply use color corrector based on your skin undertones, and use a light foundation or concealer, so you are basically "concealing" the acne and making the skin look "clean"
