Long time no Sawaal 😆

To aajka hamara mazmoon (topic) hai...

Is Bala se kaun anjaan hai ...😉

I had attended a stress management workshop rather a discussion recently.

(devoting more than a few hrs on a free day for such activities can cause stress otherwise )😆

Stress- It always was...it always will be.😛

How to overcome it-

Things to do:

1. Prayer/ meditation

2. Relaxation

3. Seeking out opportunity for laughter

4. Exercise- body

5. Exercise- mind

6. Proper diet

7. Think positive

8. Nurture a hobby

9. Seeking small pleasures

10. Good sleep

(Sometimes it is good to re-hear things we already know)

So, the Sawaal is-

What's your stress buster?

Reading, writing, shopping, cooking, gardening, travelling, sports, a heart to heart talk or a walk, music, chocolates, watching a movie or your favourite show...and last but not the least visiting Forum !!😉

To each his own!!

Hi,

When it comes to stress related to studies i usually talk to someone whose equally stressed out as i am and the other things I do to manage my stress are:

Painting/Sketching

Reading any good Shraman stories

Watching a good movie or edkv

Watching football nowadays

Having my brother's chocolates / icecreams without his permission

Hello ji!

What a post!

Kahan se laate ho ideas? Hamare toh khatam ho gaye hai 😆

Nothing can truly destress me other than kneeling on the prayer mat with my hands raised ... That is dil ko sukoon..

But as is universally known, my run away zone is writing. Takes me to a different world and I forget all else.

Reading and Painting helps too!

Travelling is unwinding at best.

Music can only help when the stress is minor, else aawaz riles me up.

Oh, one more thing tops it! Mad laughter session with my fav people!

Hmm..so the source of my stress is unfortunately my stress buster as well.

An over energetic little boy who can't stand still and gave me a lot of stress over the world cup. Such was the obsession that he went and learnt everything he could about the participating countries and their neighbors..capital, demographic details, topography..everything his little mind could think of.

Listening him proudly present his knowledge is a stress buster..but listening all that on a repeat mode is a huge stress😃
