Today's episode was okay. The person who was clicking Mehek and Dhwani's pictures was revealed to be an old enemy of Mehek. I think Mehek is responsible for his condition (half-burned face)...and he wants to take revenge from her. So, he prepares a package to be delivered at Mehek's house, and that package contains a b*mb.
They get to know that Jayant owns one such car...and that intensifies their doubt on him. Dev tells Narvekar to call inspector Mayank Joshi for interrogation.
Narvekar questions Dhwani about her informer...but she lies to protect her informer's identity. Dhwani then calls Mehek to confirm whether the information was sent by her...and Mehek says she didn't. Dev overhears this phone-convo and he exactly knows who's the person on the other end. He orders Dhwani to wait for him in his room till he returns, as he wants to have a talk with her.
Narvekar and Dev interrogate Mayank...with some powerful dialogues and cornering, Mayank spills the beans and Dev cleverly records his statement...and later on he shows that video to Shyam Sir and tells him that Antra was sexually abused or raped by Jayant. But the special effects in the rooftop scenes in today's episode were not up to the mark...in some bits, we could even see the green screen.
Dev asks Shyam Sir to give him some time and Shyam Sir agrees to leave the building.
Dev-Narvekar question Jayant, at first he answers in a confident and arrogant manner but when Dev mentions the word boss...he leaves the police station in a visibly tensed state.
Dev-Narvekar know that Jayant is the real culprit, but they need concrete evidence against him to prove that he's the one responsible for Antra's suicide. Dev tells Narvekar that it's time to break the rules. Narvekar tries to stop him but Dev tells him that I ❤️ U too 😆
Today we got Dhwani's first scene with Madhubala, but it was a completely serious scene as Dhwani was worried about Dev's reaction...she was scared that Dev may fire her (so as expected Mehek helped Dhwani to trap her like this). Despite Mehek's refusal, Dhwani still thinks that her informer is none other than Mehek...and then Madhubala drops the file given by Mehek on the floor...and Dhwani not only checks out the file, but also takes pictures of the information given in the file. I guess now Dhwani will try to find Dev's mom on her own...and she will land in a big trouble.
Dev and Shyam Sir break into Jayant's house...they scare him to death and on gun-point, he confesses his crime and reveals how he'd called called Antra to his house on the pretext of giving her a job, she resisted his advances and tried to run away, but he raped her...and one month later when she told him about her pregnancy, he gave her money to abort the baby...and after that, she committed suicide.
Thankfully, Dev had given an empty gun to Shyam Sir, otherwise he would've turned into a murderer. Narvekar enters the house and arrests Jayant...and the case gets over.
But they did show a good thing which usually isn't shown in other shows...Shyam also got arrested for a shorter period, as he had taken law in his hands.
Dhwani meets Dev but he tells her to go home, they will talk tomorrow and Dhwani leaves.
Narvekar tells Dev that Jayant will get a longer jail term...Dev tells him that Jayant may try to prove that we forced him to give that statement, but he doesn't have any proof against us. This secret is between us only...and with that, they shake hands 😊 Then Dev, the sharp observer and experienced guy asks about Kinjal's well-being and tells Narvekar that only a few lucky people get second chances, Narvekar says it isn't what you think it is, but Dev says don't worry, even this secret will remain between us.
Mehek suffers from pain and calls her doctor, but she faints before telling the exact problem.
As per the precap...Mehek's doctor informs Dev about Mehek's condition and he reaches the hospital...and there he promises Mehek, that he'll take care of her and he will give a good life to their child. He takes Mehek to her house, where she is about to open the package sent by that guy...and Dev will probably manage to stop her at the right time.
And we also got a jhalak of next case...a girl in dishevelled state and blooded clothes comes to the police station with a bloodied knife. Let's see what's her story and how Dev & Co. will manage to solve her case.
