I see a lot of discussion regarding who was right and who was wrong. But I think we are forgetting the main thing they are showing in the story. Pooja-Adi's relationship was based on friendship. And Zoya -Yash's relationship was based on love. Still both the relationships had their own flaws. For Any relationship to be successful it needs to have a correct balance of friendship and love. That was what Pooja and Yash found in each other . Everyone made their own share of mistakes. And no one understood the real meaning of marriage. When you are in a relationship you need to be able to communicate with your partner more than once and in many different ways to make your relationship successful. No one did that. Aid and Zoya kept living in their own world of their marriage was perfect. And Yash and Pooja kept making Decsions and sacrifices assuming their partners we're not ready. No one once tried to sit down and talk about what they feel abt their relationship to the other partner . Had they spoken abt each other's feelings this would have not happened. This is where I see zoya and Adi's relationship to become perfect now. Zoya has started to understand Adi as a friend. And Adi has a different connection with Zoya that he never had with Pooja.

true n well-pointed out
adiya are soulmates destined to be together but they are flawed, and to realise those flaws n work on them poosh happened in their lives, it was all god's plan, thats what this show is about, sometimes you have to give things a 2nd chance coz the 1st chance was never meant to work

Well put. This is what I'd mentioned in one of my previous posts too. AdiJa and Zosh didn't work coz of many things especially lack of communication, and which is where AdiYa are gonna click coz they have made the opposite see through beyond their own perspective, fought with each other and have arguments already which never seem to have happened in their previous marriages. The basic stuff being understanding about one other which was lacking is abundant here. Zoya and Adi understand each other better than they understood their spouses. Hope they show it all well.

Agree with everything you have said here.

I have seen many commenting in favor of Aditya while maximum blaming Pooja.

To be honest, I feel the writers are doing a tremendous job in shaping up the story.

I am not justifying EMA. I have always hated EMA. But this story has actually made me think that it's not just physical attraction - even after loving your partner, at some point you can fall out of love.

And that's where I appreciate the writers. For making audience think.

I find myself defending Pooja even when she did wrong. In many comments, people have argued saying why didn't she say anything to Adi. We have seen only flashes where she was hurt & started getting distant from Adi. I personally think we should have more Pooja-Aditya scenes.

I am sharing my own experience here. Me & my best friend grew up together. She was the sister I never had & I was always very protective of her. She is really immature & I'd try to help her in different situations. But after a certain period of time, I got frustrated. Because I needed my space & whenever I was in a problem, she wasn't there or she didn't give importance. Multiple times I have actually told her that what I expected. She would say sorry & then repeat the same.

She was just my best friend & a sister-figure.

Then imagine how would you cope up if you are married to such a person.

I don't think Pooja never talked to Aditya about her like-dislike. Aditya just never gave it much importance as Pooja would stand beside him anyway. That's a common mistake most of the husbands commit - take their wife for granted.

Here, there should have been more scenes like did Pooja ever confided in Adi & after his repeated rejection, stopped asking or she just mistook Adi to be irresponsible.

Then we could have judged the situation better.

Right now, both Pooja & Aditya are right & wrong in their own ways.

Pooja was right to choose her happiness but wrong to cheat Adi.

Adi is right to accuse Pooja after the initial revelation but wrong to think himself as perfect. Friendship is a must in a relationship & a bit of childishness is endearing. But when you love someone, you have to compromise a little bit. Sometimes attending a boring poetry club means more than organizing a party.

As for Zoya & Yash - I really wish we got to see Yash's POV also. Right now it just doesn't make any sense why had he fallen out of love when Zoya seems a darling.
