False rape cases ruining the credibility of genuine rape cases 😡

It is very common in USA. There are countless innocents in US jails on false accusation of rape or sexual misconduct. This needs to stop. Especially, people end up self incriminating themselves by talking to the authorities thinking they are innocent and nothing will happen, but, it does not work like that unfortunately.

It's weird as something that's consensual cannot be considered rape. It should be considered cheating or be filed on similar grounds. I have seen many cases where such accused were considered rapists and jailed for years and especially when it comes to a celebrity, the cases are considered serious. While other serious rape cases of common people are ignored.
