Way too many women taking advantage of a law that was meant to protect them. She could have said NO at any time. Sex, Abortion...

The problem lies with boys or men who think that girls are into the things they are just because of the way they dress or speak...this is the problem when you watch too many po*no and are inspired to try it. There's nothing wrong with girls putting FIRs on men who promised them marriage but then didn't do it. This goes to show that these girls feel like something was stolen from them or they feel they were conned. Men have sex and move on, but for some girls if they do it before marriage, it's like something is daunting them just because they have sex. And to lose a baby, that's even worst for women. Men mostly don't know what it's like, they just move on after getting what they wanted.

I agree. But, it is still better not to abandon the wife and move on to the third wheel selfishly like Saif and Boney did. Wish Sridevi had the backbone NOT to be involved with a Married Men in the first place and not open her legs too.

This in a way makes sense logically, but emotionally what wives have to bear is ludricous. Wives should do that along with having few affairs on the side. Why should husbands have all the fun.😆

In Chandigarh, 70-80% rape cases are fake. Failed sexual relationships that didn't culminate in marriage is still grounds for cheating or something I don't know.

But here recently, people have slapped fake rape cases to grab property, extortion. It's a scary trend. India is a banana republic.
