A jealous Mehak

Has Mehak changed or is this her plan to make Dev believe that she is in love with him and is very possessive abt him. Coz previously we never saw this jealous Mehak.

Though it's quite unlikely...but even if she has changed, we cannot forget that she's a murderer...and she's also responsible for Meera's death. This is a crime-based show...so a criminal like Mehek must get punished.

I think its her plan.
We are being given quite strong indications that even if she is in "love" with Dev and not pretending for some still unknown reason, she is not a nice woman for him to have in his life. Strong shades of psycho are showing up now.

Its clearly deliberate that they've shown her planting cameras in Dev's room just like the stalker does to Dhwani. and her threatening jealous behaviour, insensitivity to the grief and losses she has caused to dev.
All her dialogues are about her & supposed child not about others at all so a highly self-centered individual at the least. No sign of remorse, repentance or regret. all this seems clearly part of the story line. totally agree with dynamic_doll this is a crime show and she will be punished... I really hope!
Its actually interesting the way they have shown Dev wrestling with his love/ obsession for her and his hatred for her deeds.

I do not think the writers of Dev are so shallow as in other shows where characters change overnight, all evil deeds are forgiven and the villain becomes a heroine & the public is immature enough to be fans of the character as well as the actor.

Going by Puja's interviews Mehek loves Dev n vice versa. However, their ideologies abt Love are different. While Dev has a moral compass Mehek doesn't probably because she's been trained/brain washed by Swami.There is also a very remote chance of her somehow protecting Dev by staying within chakarvuyh. Anyway, their story seems inspired by the movie "Lootera so most likely they won't end up together which is okay as long as it makes for a compelling watch. IMO it does plus Ashish n Puja look stunning together! I would love to see their pairing in other shows.

whether she is upto any plan or not,she is damn annoying 🥱..and now on top of it acting like a jealous n whiny bitch n being mean to sweet vaani who vouched for her earlier when dev burned her photographs.

Well we know that Dhwani will show sympathy for her...and she will assure Mehek that there's nothing going on between her and Dev. And i believe Mehek will take advantage of this. That's why i hope her real face is exposed before Dhwani asap.

I don't think that mehak has changed at all..she sounds so fake all the time and has that cunning and vicious aura around her 😆

Your comment is very true. How CAN someone like Dev still love a woman like Mehak as he is shown still struggling with his feelings. Is it ingrained in him? we know he is a very good person, deeply loyal.

We know had fallen deeply in love with Mehak and its not so easy for someone like him who'd lost his mother and all the traumas of childhood to get over a deep commitment so easily. plus the trauma of losing her to "suicide/accident" by his hand & in front of his eyes had imprinted this in his heart. so the wounds of that are still there.

She actually plays a gray character whom we can like at one mute but hate the other. If we trust wat we were shown in s1 to be true, then Mehak has been like this coz of her dark past. But she has done so much wrong in the process that there is no turning back.

After watching the episodes of first week, i believe that Mehak is even more negative this season. Lets c how she appears in the coming episodes
