I just finished watching the first episode...and it was way beyond my expectations 😃

The way the first episode has been executed...is mind-blowing 👏

Being a fan of Jigyasa...i am so happy that she has got a show like Dev and a character like Dhwani Karchiwala

I was not expecting this much screen-space for Dhwani in the first episode...but i was in for a very pleasant surprise 😃

Jiggu Princess you have absolutely nailed it 👏 👏 👏

You have flawlessly transformed from simple, sanskari, stuttering Thapki...to modern, stylish, fun-loving and talkative Dhwani 👍🏼

And i am in love with the interior of her room...whoever is responsible for it...you have done a fabulous job 👏 i want more and more scenes in her room

In a nutshell, as promised by Jigs...Dhwani is indeed a cute, energetic and vibrant character in a dark show...and i am already in love with Dhwani Karchiwala ❤️

About the rest of the episode...as expected Ashish, Amit and Puja have done a fab job 👏 and even the actors playing Dhwani's dad, constable, Bhaskar and the creepy stalker have played their parts well 👍🏼

The stalker thing has been shown quite nicely...i actually got that creepy feeling and i felt scared for Dhwani.

That scene where Dev was scratching his gunshot wound was full of emotions, i totally felt his pain...i really couldn't bear it and kept my hand on screen to hide his wound. Dev is such a troubled and sad soul and him not sharing his pain with anyone has made things worse for him. But he actually doesn't have anyone...with whom he can share his pain. His mom's not there, Mehek almost killed him and Narvekar also despises him. Hopefully soon he'll have someone to whom he can open up about everything he has faced so far...but till then I know Dhwani will try her best to bring some happiness in his life.

The first episode was totally paisa-wasool...and i am so looking forward to the next episode.

Okay u have used all the gud words that I wanted to use and now I am left with nthg. But still I will start by seconding u and say that it was such a grand granddd opening to a second season.

I have already watched the first season (and I am so glad that I did coz otherwise I wd have had no idea on wat is actually happening here) so I was expecting sthg gud but they have raised the bar and I must say that this season is more grand than the previous one.

Firstly, I loved the fact that they started this season too with a case instead of showing complex story of Dev. They have kept that as a mystery which will unfold through out the season.

The idea of Dev forced to work with Narvekar is even better. I loved their jodi and I want to see them working as a team. And Dhwani joining them as an Intern is such a nice addition. Jigs is the perfect choice for this role. He baby face, voice, innocence and brilliant acting skills gave another life to Dhwani. And trust me Ms. Dhwani Karchiwala, Ur stalker is not the only person who has fallen in love with u. After watching tonight's episode, I am sure u wd have earned loads of new fans.

Abt Dev... His witty remarks. his arrogance but brilliant sense of humour makes this show more interesting. The expressions on his face when Dhwani talks, speaks a lot and make me laugh too. And he did an awesome job while expressing his pain. The way he was hurting himself to remind him abt Mehek's true colors was actually heartbreaking. Mehek's true intentions r yet to be revealed. And yes Mehek was looking lovely as always.

Narvekar seems to be struggling to work with Dev and I am looking fwd to see how he will cope with this D2 jodi 😆

And yes I have also fallen in love with Dhwani's house and esp her room. I always dreamt abt having a room like this at that age but alas. But I am glad that our Dhwani is living in there. I also wish that we get to see more n more of that room.

Lastly, that Gupt part was damn hilarious and so was Dev's joke abt Pink nightie...

Now eagerly waiting for tom's episode. Way to go Dev2

@Aisha: I am sure every genuine fan of Jigs is on cloud nine after watching the episode...it was damn good. I am so happy that the wait was worth it...she has come back with a bang for sure. After doing a show like TPK and even continuing post the generation leap...she got the opportunity to play a character like Dhwani in a show like Dev. She is lucky for sure...because only a few actors get such opportunities so soon.

I agree with each and every word u wrote. Plus we will get to see some intense scenes too. Variety of emotions will be revealed in coming episodes. Waiting, waiting and waiting

@Aisha: Yes remember Jigs description...kabhi hum police station mein hain, kabhi kisi ko interrogate kar rahe hain, kabhi kisi ke peeche bhaag rahe hain, kabhi chat se koi kood raha hai, kabhi pani mein koi doob raha hai, Dev-Mehek angle hai, Dev-Narvekar tashan, Dev-Dhwani-Narvekar equation, their past stories and especially the chakarvyuh thing...the show offers so much 😃

Honestly didn't expect first episode be this good...i have already falls in love with Dhwani and despite being pessimist at first, now i'm so glad Jigyasa is doing this show...indeed Dev2 is a high quality show...we shouldn't forget they start shooting 100 days ago and we see the result now (good things take time)

Navrerkar as usual Good Amod n Dev r like tom n jerry who dont get along but are always together.

Few things were troubling me Why no mentioning of Meera ?

I really missed Meera so much. Thats wat was lacking only.

Why Amod isnt upset angry with Dev bcz of Meera ?

Why Dev not remembering Meera he was in love with her he cried horribly on her death of bomb blast n that Humari adhuri kahani had made huge impression on us viewers minds.Cvs just ignored it ?????

Ok season 1 we tolerated dev mehak torture why its repeat all over again in season 2

Where is Zohra Apaa n Avi (Meera son) ???

Maaro Matho ghoom Gayo hai seeing khichdi of cvs.

Lets hope cvs puts light on these. And better take note of reviews n viewers interest this time unlike before.

Yes the episode is really worth the wait..very good and waiting for today's episode..thought they would show the initial episodes for an hour but it was over too soon.
