Film release dates are chose ahead of time... sometimes so films are pushed back or further... distributors decide when the release date would be final and when they want to pull the film from the threatre...

I dont understand why Rhea-Sonam is blamed for Harsh failure. Sonam herself is struggling to get a stable BW career. Why should she care for others. She waited so long after Neerja (except the cameo in TEPK).
