It was painful to watch the court proceedings, with all the evidences and witnesses molded to accuse Aditya. His only shortcoming is jumping into conclusions too fast, and sometimes he becomes too selfless that he falls in traps. And, why would a murderer risk his own life in order to commit a murder? Why would he make his presence so conspicuous at the murder location? I feel the guy who complained about chest pain did it deliberately. Is he related to the conspirator?

After a lengthy afterthought, I feel Zoya did right by not bringing up Adi rejecting Mahi's proposal. For the testimony could have gone against them; the judge could have concluded that Adi rejected Mahi because he already made his commitment to Zoya. That could have brought AdiYa's case to a downslide.

His promises that he was a lawyer before a dad sublimed away fast, just as his marital promises to Anjana in the past. Adi almost threatened him to save Zoya along with him. Only Adi could honor Zoya's trust the way he did. BTW, if Mr. Hooda had failed to keep Zoya's trust, it would have affected ArNoor as well..
