Meera and Vivaan are on stage. Vivaan speaks about trust in a marriage. Meera asks what if a lie were told for someone's good, would that still be wrong? Vivaan does not answer and asks Mrs Singh if she has any more questions. She tells him MeerVaan are a great jodi, but if he had to choose someone from the academy, who would it be? Vivaan answers, he would not choose any girl from there. A wife's role is not only for her husband but she keeps the whole family together and if she does not, everything is finished. Mrs Singh asks, then why did he marry Meera. MeerVaan looks at each other. Vivaan tells everyone because Meera is a fighter and she is not afraid. What ever the situation, she does not run, whether she wins or looses, whether she fights in an intelligent way or in a jhali way, she faces adversity. Vivaan is speaking from the heart and Meera just looks on at him. Vivaan might have gone on but Mrs Singh interrupts saying Meera must have impressed him a lot. (Aaaww, my MeerVaan and Batman... ❤️ )
Roma/SM phones Sherry as Pammi Kapoor and tell her to shoot Vivaan but insure he is not killed, only hurt. Meera sees a bright red light ahead and pushes Vivaan aside. He is angry/distraught and refuses to take Meera's help. Telling her to allow PK's work to finish. Wishes he had been shot and was not saved. He tells Mrs Singh not to call him 'beta/son' - he is not her son. He does not want the police or ambulance. He also tells Meera not to interfere and walks off the stage as per OLV.
Meera cries and asks why Vivaan has to suffer so much and why so much poison. Mrs Singh asks everyone to go and tells Meera not to leave a loved one when they are hurt and angry. Meera asks how can she remove his pain, only PK can help. She asks Mrs Singh how she can find PK and then goes to Vivaan.
Meera reaches home and Laali Bua (SM's chamchi👎🏼) is blocking her way to the stairs. Dolly and Beeji tell her to let Meera pass. Meera warns Bua and pushes her away. She tells her she respected their relation but if someone does not show respect she will not either.
Vivaan wipes the blood on his bandage while Amaya pleads that he to go to the doctor. He tells her, he wants to feel the pain and is calling the lawyer to get some paper work ready. Amaya tells him they should go back as it is not safe in India. Roma/SM advices Vivaan and Amaya to leave and that she will cope with the PK matter. Vivaan gives her a stern look.
Vivaan is looking at Meera. SM notices and starts her drama about joining the family for many years and asks Meera to tell PK to stop her attacks. Vivaan looks annoyed by SM. She taunts Meera that she must have PK number on speed dial etc. This angers Meera and Vivaan. Mrs Singh calls Meera, everyone thinks it is PK. Vivaan takes the phone and tells Mrs Singh to inform PK that he is alive and he will not die till has met PK and shown her her place. He throws Meera phone and she is worried about his wound. He tells Meera to go. Roma seems worried about the implication of Vivaan actually meeting PK. Meera tells him to remain calm and that he should go to the doctor. He shouts for her to leave. Amaya asks him how can he expect Meera leave him at this time, he tells Amaya that some relationships are not as easy as they seem. He tells Meera to leave again and shouts at her to get out. Meera agrees and tells him to stay calm. Vivaan's face softens and they both have tears in their eyes. She tells Amaya to stay with him. MeerVaan look at each other and Amaya takes Vivaan to rest.
SM follows Meera as she steps back to the door. Meera tells Roma she will get the proof she needs and she also tells her not to do the same old drama next time.
'Pyaar hai ya sazaa...' sequence...
Vivaan is sleeping as Meera walks to him. She extends her hand to his forehead but stops herself. Meera has some medicinal powder which Beeji always applied for her wounds and hopes it will help him. She thinks his bandage is just like her and does not stay in place. She applies some of the medicine to his forehead and then puts fresh dressing on his wound. As she moves away he takes her hand in his. She watches him sleep but moves away when he starts to open his eyes. Vivaan feels her presence and Meera cries as she hides from him. When he goes back to sleep she sneaks out of the room. She remembers how Vivaan was shot and told her to stay out of his matter. Meera cries a lot.
Amaya sees her and apologises for Vivaan and Meera tells her not to leave his side. Amaya tells her that some one returned her purse, which was left at Soni Kudi Academy. Meera drops it and finds a card from PK. Her message to her children is that she is with them and that they should not worry. Meera tells Amaya that her mother is not the woman that Roma is showing her to be. She promises to bring PK forward.
They take the card to Vivaan and when he asks about it, Meera tells him she will explain everything once he drinks the kaada. His tries to knock the cup away but eventually agrees. He reads the card and asks why Meera did not tell him that PK was at the Soni Kudi event. Meera assures him she did not know herself and as soon as she found the card she came to him. Vivaan gets out of bed and takes Meera by the hand. He takes her to the Dhingra side of the mansion and tells them he is ending his marriage to Meera.
