I kinda agree with that , Kareena's perforance was overshadowed by Swara. But not that i didnt enjoy her presence.

Actually Swara & Shikha both were better than Kareena IMO

Shahid looked fine but i feel Ranveer overshadowed shahid , purely because of poor writing , they gave too many scenes to Allauddin followed by Padmavati and at last Ratan Singh so it was quite natural i guess.

Besides they suddenly got Padmavati-Ratan Singh married , which looked odd , it was partly because they removed the " Nainowale Ne " song in between , so I as a viewer was clueless at the sudden marriage , that song would have added some substance to their story .

Harshvardhan should quit acting i suppose , BW audience has royally ignored him.

Didnt watch others so no idea.

Agreed about Kareena. She had a disinterested air about her in VDW.

Not too sure about Shahid. I think the role was written that way so he couldn't do much after a certain point. Feels like he got the short end of the stick in this case. I thought his performance was restrained and I actually liked it compared to the OTTness of the rest of the movie.

I disagree on Kareena, shahid and Ishaan parts.
I think shahid was good in Padmavat. He did justice to his role.

And same with Kareena in VDW, I liked her the best out of the lot. She has great screen presence!
Coming to Ishaan, most of the reviews I read had praised him so I'm not sure which review mentioned him as the weakest link.
