Yes he hates her and he is is Khadoos for her.He doesn't believe in God ,yet Goddess ' fav daughter said to him whatever you do is because Devi Maiya directs you to do...He will understand that later...not now...

Epi starts where we left our "breath" yesterday. He feels her distress and trouble and catches her before she falls down''He is still can't see her in trouble ... Rabba Ve mingles in... He can't take his eyes off of her beauty and innocence just like the day in guest house.He remained num in her attraction by holding her, a relief , a satisfaction  in saving her is written all over his face like he got what he wished for without saying a wish .He brings her close by pulling her hand around his neck .They can feel each others breaths and can inhale essence which is creating havoc inside of him.His gaze are burning her face (but she is not unaware of it just in guest house ,just unconscious)just like he is burning and then he lifts her up like this is his right and he owns her without breaking his gaze.He is inhaling the Breeze of happiness full of her essence as it is touching his face .

He walks with his life in his arms as this is the reason of his life as he did the same in the guest house.The difference he was hesitant that day and pulled his hand off of her but today he is comfortable and pulled her near to him.Big difference in a short span of time'...(People around them I think assume them as a newly wedded couple as they are not pitching in.)with Khushi nestled in Arnav's arms... He carries her up and sits her down on a bench... treating her like a porcelain doll. His body language, his concern, all showing his sense of ownership over her. He whispers her name in worry... Khushi! and sprinkles water on her face, worry and concern wrote on his face ... and she slowly comes back. He holds the glass of water to her lips and she takes a sip... to the sound of conches and the temple bells in the background. He breaks her fast for teej solemnized their relationship even before they know it. 

Devi Maiyya wrote this destiny... they are meant to be together no matter what...

-She regains consciousness... he puts on his ASR mask back. She is alarmed when she sees the glass of water and shocked to see him . She realizes that she has broken her fast... and starts off at him.  “Yeh aap ne kya kiya? Aap ne humme paani kyun pilaya?” [What have you done? Why did you give me water?]

He cannot believe this woman and tells her... you were unconscious! She takes off muttering to her Devi Maiyya asking for forgiveness and she gets dizy again and stumbles. He is there, immediately, behind her... holding her... being a protector.

 He will always be there for her... no matter how many times they fight... how much they hate each other... he will always protect her.. Hamesha.

He looks at her and quips...: ... Pehle do kadam chalna seekhlo... fir muh kholna! [learn to take two steps first and then you can talk! ]

He is still holding her, at close as could be, refusing to let go and they look at each other. She is confused... she looks at him, trying to read his eyes... and she slowly realizes that she is holding on to him and backs off. He lets her go... not looking at her... and she walks away. Only then he looks up at her again... wondering why he feels the need to protect her... why he cannot see her hurt?

****Khushi comes and apologizes to Anjali for the confusion about the thal... Anjali thanks her for returning it, Khushi says that she had to return it to her what was rightfully hers. The thal definitely symbolizes Shyam... Khushi will be the one who will bring back Shyam to Anjali*****

- Arnav stands at the entrance of the temple, looking at Khushi... he wants to make sure she is fine... Khushi is caught in the middle of her Jiji and Anjali , she doesn't know what to do... she is confused and she looks at Arnav... for some sign, for an answer... but he is not looking at her. She reluctantly agrees to Anjali's proposal to stay and Arnav looks at her ...feeling relieved that she won't be leaving in such a state.

During the aarti Khushi is aware of Arnav... his presence... his effect over her... she is sensitized by what happened between them earlier... he stands next to her as the aarti starts... shielding her!

Khushi and her anger, her confused feelings were all like that but Shyam did help her understanding these very much

though I agree Buaji was too much Lattu on him, he is just a paying guest😡
