I know that Pankit is gujju in real life...because the last name Thakker is gujju...but is Dr. Atul gujju??

I know that when Dr. Sapna was around (I really miss her) they used to speak in Gujarati...but I'm not sure...Joshi is a gujju last name but hes never said that hes gujju...

LOL i know i think about the weirdest things, but still...

I am not sure about him being gujju ... but isn't he from Vadodara?? His gujarati was really good when he spoke with Sapna...I liked that!! 😊

I think joshi is gujarati surname! I m myself gujarati so i m glad that he is gujarati but i also want karan aka armaan to be gujarati too! 😳 😭 😆
