God damn it

How do you do it? How do you leave this story for more than a year and come back to it, pick it up from where you left off without a demur? How do you do it?

I found myself in that mandap, along side these two and just fell back into the story without a pause; I perhaps never left it. I have images of these two in my head, and scenes from this story so vividly cast on my psyche that I am not sure it will leave me.

It is the power of your writing and I am so grateful you came back.

Oh but it feels so darned good to have you back Devi. To be back on IF actually after so long. I always thought it a shame that we didn't get to finish this story. Hope you and the family are doing well.

So he did show up... albeit just seven minutes before time 😊. And wounded to boot. Who? When? Why?

And Kashi has a whole lot of explaining to do about her impetuous decision to just run back to Kalarikkal House.

Hi Devi!!

Thank you for re-starting again. I had been away from IF for a long time. Used to leave messages on your blog. Good to know that you are well and back to writing. Was missing you and your stories very much. I can't put to words the strength your words through stories pour out to me. Thank you..

I am glad that he was able to reach on time for the wedding. Knew he would make it still was worried...and I loved how he could always fire her up...that's an amazing feat.
