Vivaan on the other hand - what is he? Who is he? On the one hand they say he is a successful business man and then in one scene Roma says to him and Amaya that if they have a spare moment she will show them that their business is making a loss. Whaaat? He accepts that she helps him get better when he is sick, saves his sister with blood and oxygen but then treats her like shit the next scene. He is sorry for almost hitting her and then does it again. He is rude to her parents but can't accept any rudeness from her even though (and this is a big one for me) he knew ROma was lying about he black magic!!!

Who he bell is he writer for this show? He/She really needs to go for some story telling course.
Everyone good track is left in finished and unexplained and we are going round and round in circles with this character assassination of VIvaan.

This is a huge rant but I feel angry that I am even watching his crap like an addict!!

Agreed with you. I'm new to this show and I've caught up to all the episodes. And Vivaan's character was interesting in the beginning, but I'm finding him confused like hell now. He's like a pendulum swinging between Meera and Roma.

He blindly accepts what Roma says. He easily gets manipulated by her.

He gets caught in Meera's eyes. He sees her truth, but the moment someone else says something, especially Roma, he swings back.

There's no consistency to his character.

The other thing that is really annoying is the hand raising. He did it once, and he was so repentant- he hit his own hand to repent. He was going around trying to get Meera to talk to her. And yet, he does it again.

Is this going to be how he asserts his dominance in this show? Because if it is, I'll gladly stop watching.

I started watching this show because Naamkarann ended. I have to say Neil Khanna has set the bar really high for ITV male leads. In everything that happened in the show, Neil never raised his hand on Avni. And that is the mark of a true man, both in reel and real life.

Woh calm and composed vivaan kapoor kaha gaya..he seems to be mad all the time..

Its not that i disliked the epi, it was good but i found the story writing so weak..it is looking like just to show something they r forcibly showing things to us..

Today's episode was a mess...i mean Vivaan asks Meera to sign the divorce papers in front of everyone, he shouts at her and raises his hand at her again and then the moment she comes back from vomiting he acts all nice and caring, like bro your mood swings are worse than that of a 6 months pregnant lady...CHILL!!! Like many of you said, the CVs seems to be in a rush to end the character of ROMA and frankly speaking, they should be but I'm sure AS HELL that there are better ways of ending a character whilst at the same time improving an another.

Such a worse male lead role I've seen recent time! Yes vivaan kappor.you have butchered completely. Just few days ago for raising hand on his wife he showed his redemption but again same guilt he has done without any hesitation. N meera kuch toh serf respect dekhate .RIP kalerin.🤢

I understand what you are saying. But in that case where does that entire mirror thodo track stand? And those lines in the car? They should not have given that track in that case.

It is not about the manhandling as such anymore...Not even about trust... More about not being able to hold on to ur principles and appearing like an outright douche bag. No guilt? Was that the character? A character that attoned to mistakes almost immediately...

That is outright butchering for the sake of... Trp maybe... Which I anyway don't think they are getting.🥱

I feel like we need to give more time to the show I mean they only started to play around with the characters' layers. Vivaan is a manipulated character. He has been manipulated since a very young age which I think is why he finds it extremely difficult to believe anyone else when Mrs Kapoor is the topic coz we have to remember that it was her that bought him up; whether it's for her own benefit or not is a different topic. But the fact that Vivaan and Roma share a strong trust bond is not something that as an audience we should forget. Yes I completey with the fact that Vivaan's character portrayal now is completely against what we were introduced to before...but think of it like that the dude just got his sister back, his mind is all over the place and Meera is accusing the person he trusts the most without any valid solid proof.

This is lengthy guys just give it time and continue watching is on TV

Isn't once enough? Do they really thing that it's a normal behaviour now? I really hate such things when they promote such behaviours like normal things

Seems like a not really good epi for me and the feminist in me...
