I feel like yeshh both dads ate hiding something big just for the sake of saving their families, but in actual there is some third person involved whose main objective is to hurt both the families. I think poosh apart from their affair, knows someone's big secret, and they divorced their partners just to keep them away from this mess as we know how AdiYa are like, pure and innocent. But now poosh are not here to clear the mess, thats why AdiYa are being framed and brought into this mess.
RK is just doing his job, obviously his first doubt will go to partners as in any crime scene a spouse is brought into investigation first. In this case, as AdiYa are fighting there own emotional battles, they unknowingly drifting themselves into a big time mess and making RK believe that they are the prime suspects.
RK is suspecting them coz as a partner how can you not take interest in your spouse's accident case. They were never showed to seek interest what happened that night, why case is not proceeding, even Aditiya never struggled to find that diary. He hates pooja for cheating, atleast he can struggle to prove that she is wrong. I must say Zoya did tried by going after ashish to find the truth about yash's innocence but that DP RUINED her, bt for now atleast she has a closure to move on life.

Destiny here still wants Aditya to dig deep to find the truth as his life didn't get that closure. Fingers crossed, waiting to see what will happen next and how all the mysteries will unfold by our fav. AdiYa.
