They are desperate to attract audience. In Indian serials hardly we get to watch genuine relationship. Makers keep using gimmicks & showcase so-called sacrifices to justify how much the characters love each-other only to make it look more artificial.

Except from the last few episodes where Pihu's character was badly butchered, I found her relationship with Suchi genuine. Specially when we consider the initial episodes & the times where the kid tried her best to save Suchi.

These OTT attitudes would actually destroy their bond.

She was just a kid who loved Suchi but Suchi was a person who had a whole new journey with her experiencing motherhood & naturally she loved the kid as her own. So even though it was sad when she chose Anandita, it made sense.

But using Arshiya too much to establish a bond which was never built is not enough to attract the viewer.

There's no denying Kinshuk's entry helped raising the TRP but the story was always about PiChi. And a show that comes at 6:30 would obviously be watched by people who find it refreshing after a day's work & not really bothered about who is the star-cast.

That's why Arshiya's popularity is also failing to keep the audience glued.

The show lacks everything be it concept or the acting of the cast. They are trying to over-glorify the love of AnPi which along with everything else got destroyed after S1 ended.
