new promo doubt

DG here.. been an old member was always kept reading, never contributed. not bepannah has woken all my sleeping self :P

anyways, the doubt i have it - what do they mean by '28-29 may SE'.. are they not sure about the date, or the time, or will it be a long episode covering 28 and 29th?

it doesnt make sense to say random things like this...no?
