Two of the most popular Zee TV shows to go OFF-AIR

And it will be joined by another Star Bharat show too..

All the leading channels ranging from Colors, Star Plus to Star Bharat, Sony TV and Zee TVhave decided to go back to their drawing boards, as all of them are planning to pull off multiple shows off-air, where some of them have been leaders on the charts at times, and some never really took off.

There is a barrage of shows that will be shutting shop, which include the likes of Rishta Likhenge Hum Naya, Ikyawann, Dil Se Dil Tak, Ek Mayavi Gatha - Chandrakanta and a few more.

And now, three more shows join this brigade, where two of them are actually very popular and have been doing greatly overall. Zee TV's popular show, Woh Apna Sa will be shutting shop after having a dismal run at the ratings for the past few months. The show, which began back in January 2017 had some decent times in ratings, but it will finally be going off-air next month.

The other Zee TV show to shut shop is none other than Piyaa Albela. The show was a total underdog when it was launched, but went on to do wonders on the rating charts against all odds. However, the show has been facing a slump lately and ratings don't seem to get better. Hence, the show will be calling it a wrap by next month.

And finally, the third show to go off-air is Star Bharat's ambitious project, Chandrashekhar. The show based on freedom fighter, Chandrashekhar Azad was always supposed to be a finite series, but will be pulled off-air much sooner than expected. On one hand, where other TV shows on the channel are doing wonders; Chandrashekhar, which was launched just two months ago failed to grab the numbers and hence will also be going off-air next month.

The channels will certainly want to get rolling again with new shows and also capitalize on the fact that IPL will be ending this month.

I think this time it's really ending. Today SBS hot news was the same too. I am still hopeful because I think there is so much scope in the story. Let's see.

From many days we are hearing the news. Seems that this time it's true. But now I am mentally prepared. Though I don't want the show should go off but we have to face it.

I just want a passionate romantic scene between Arjia.

Yes we have to be mentally prepared, what else we can do. of course ratings are low and we don't have huge fan following online too. Vaise bhi these channels never listens to anyone. So if it's ending, I too want some good Arjia scenes and beautiful memories.

Almost every where it's spreading tht WohApnaSa is going of fair, this June.

I still hope, it's not true.. I don't want to loose our show.

& I agree with Abhishek... Story wise there are loads of scope to show.. They can show so many things after Arjia's marriage.

Actually sudden fall in TRP isn't show's fault, it's only tht channel's. At 10 pm it was really doing good .. The worst TRP we get was 1.3 on 10 pm, in spite of having tough competition with other rival channels. Other wise we used to get 1.5 + rating always. This new time slot is really inappropriate.

Btw, if they are doing this for TRP, then there are two ore shows too, which have less TRP than ours.
