Deepika Padukone to miss Sonam Kapoor-Anand Ahuja's wedding?.

Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja are tying
the knot in an intimate ceremony on May 8,
2018. The families released an official
statement which read, "From the Kapoor &
Ahuja families, The Kapoor & Ahuja families,
take great joy and pride, in announcing the
marriage of Sonam & Anand. The wedding
will take place on the 8th of May. in Mumbai.
Since it is an intimate affair, we request you
to respect the family's need for privacy.
Thank you for all your blessings and love, as
we celebrate this special moment in our
lives.
Wedding invites have been extended to the
Bachchans, Kapoors and superstar Khans.
Ranveer Singh, Jacqueline Fernandez, Swara
Bhasker, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena and Karisma
Kapoor will be attending the wedding. As
per a report in Filmfare, Deepika Padukone
who is busy with her work commitments
will be missing the wedding. Ranveer Singh
and Arjun Kapoor will be putting up a
special performance at the sangeet. Janhvi
Kapoor too will be performing to Sridevi's
songs.
Deepika is in New York and may be
attending the MET Gala on May 7, 2018. She
will be walking the red-carpet of the Cannes
Film Festival on May 10, 2018 leaving her
with no time to fly back to India to attend
Sonam's wedding.
Sonam and Deepika shared warm friendship
at the beginning of their careers. However,
Sonam took digs at Deepika during a chat
show making it clear that the actors are far
from being friends. She said in an interview
to The Telegraph about her equation with
Deepika, "There was never a great
friendship. We are civil with each other. We
just got along on the show.

I don't know why sonam and Deepika invite each to their events and they seem to not like each other. I love to see them in a movie like a hate friendship movie type
