Sure-shot way in which Neil can get Mowgli's custody

Neil can get Sunehri murdered and frame Avni for it. Avni will be jailed for at least 14 years.Then Neil can make arrangements for the adoption of the other orphanage kids. In this way the orphanage will shut down and Mowgli have no place to live , so he will have to shift to Khanna house. Neil can then force Mitali to undergo a plastic surgery operation to change her face to Avni's face. Mowgli will get suspicious because of height but Neil can easily convince him that he accidentally put Avni inside washing machine due to which she shrank. In this way Neil will be able to get his son's custody

But papa told me that Avni won't win custody because she has gone to jail.

And once a person has a criminal record even if she was proved innocent it is really difficult to win custody.
