Why would someone want to send divorce papers?

So a lot of debate is going on the forum to whether the divorce papers are real or fake. When you read theories regarding them being fake, it seems like they are fake. On the other hand, theories stating that they are real make it seem like they are real. The biggest question is, why would someone actually send divorce papers when the spouses are already dead? Papa Hooda already knows Aditya's hatred towards his wife so it can't be him. Plus I don't think he has anything to do with Zoya so he wouldn't send them to her. Although, if it was still Papa Hooda trying to create more hatred, he would have faked pooja's signatures. Zoya's dad knows that his daughter will never accept the fact that her hsbuand cheated on her and might live her entire life doing "Yash jhaap so there's actually a chance he might have sent them to Zoya but why would he send them to Aditya? Both their fathers can't do this (for their own child) at the same time can they? No logic!

The papers do look real to me. Right now, my question is how can Pooja and Yash filed for divorce without letting their partners know? My guess is Pooja might have got pregnant with Yash's baby and then they decided to divorce AdiYa and marry each other for the sake of baby and their relationship and therefore filed for it but later didn't get the guts to tell this to AdiYa or decided to live with them.
Pooja and Yash might have decided to meet each other for one last time but then they met with an accident and passed away. In the 1st episode, their behavior didn't hint of divorce at all.

The papers were sent out beforehand. The mailman specified to Noor that the papers had gotten lost in the mail system 2 months ago which is why they are being delivered now.

The other spouse usually doesn't need to know until they get served with the papers. But, yeah both of them were in good terms so it doesn't really make sense for them not to discuss prior to taking such a huge step. Unless they were waiting to tell them with the divorce papers 😆 They did look a little out of place but not to the point of a divorce.

That would make sense. I think it's been over a month since the incident so that seems like a reasonable time.

Hi. Their behaviour indeed was different according to me. in the first episode. Because When both Aditya And Zoya wanted to get closer to their partners, both Yash and Pooja avoided Zoya and Aditya respectively and gave excuse
