This isn't problematic at all since it's from the little boy's side. Its not from the woman's side and any sort of infatuation he might have with her is not mutual. If the gender were reversed it still won't be problematic since it wouldn't be mutual hence an older man won't take advantage of a young girl's infatuation. Things like these are only problematic if the affection is mutual and someone who's in a position of power in the dynamics abuses that OR if they get married aka child marriage. This is completely fine. If anything it's a tale of naive teenage crush and heartbreak which is a bittersweet part of adolescence and growing up.

A 15 year old boy or a 15 year old girl kissing an older woman or man is creepy even in art, they should be at least 18.

Then that's your opinion which you are obviously entitled to. Personally, I hate huge age difference too but I don't consider Teenagers impressionable in this regard.

In 2015, a Bollywood movie called "Haramkhor" was released showing sexual relationship between 15 years old girl and her teacher, didn't see any brouhaha then. Also why are people so threatened with feminism, trying to insert gender in every conversation to prove non-existent point.
