Krushna Abhishek RESPONDS to Govinda's claim of being 'forced' to insult him on TV

Govinda and his wife, Sunita Ahuja, have recently made their personal issues public, with Sunita claiming that he had an extramarital affair. In response, Govinda brought up his nephew Krushna Abhishek's name. “If you are a fan of Krushna’s television shows, you’ll see how the writers often force him to say things that make me feel insulted. I’ve told Krushna to be cautious however Sunita was always upset when I said something that she was upset about. I’m not always clear when my friends are angry or a bit tense. I try to remain calm.”

I love Govinda mama, and respect him. He is a legend, and has next level thoughts. So may be that is the reason why he sees stuff on a different level. The same statement can look positive or sarcastic to different people, I take it in a positive way

Sunita Ahuja’s allegations

Sunita had previously stated that the strained family relationships since 2016 had been addressed.“Krushna grew up with me, along with Vinay, Dumpy, and my brother-in-law’s son. For me, they are all my children. I’ve forgotten everything from the past. Now I just want all the children to laugh, play, and be happy. I bless everyone.”

Sunita Ahuja described 2025 as a difficult year, marked by disruptions in her family life due to rumors about Govinda. She expressed unhappiness with what she was hearing, especially considering their children were grown. She hopes Govinda will find wisdom in 2026, understanding the importance of family, who are there for support, unlike others who are only interested in money.

She also alluded to the identity of the woman Govinda is allegedly involved with. Sunita questioned the host, "Is your name, Komal? Yeh naam thoda gadbad hai (This name is problematic)." She laughed and continued, "I hate the name Komal. Change this name. There is a girl named Komal, some xyz. I hate her."

When Govinda addressed the accusations

Speaking to ANI, Govinda addressed Sunita’s accusations and said, “How many times have I gotten married? It has been 40 years. Have I gotten married 2-3 times? Those who have gotten married so many times their wives don’t say anything and they roam around and have fun in life. People who are in the film line don’t discuss these things socially. I have rarely seen anybody spotless in this industry. However, when you get cornered, you think about how to get out of this.”

Govinda alleged that his wife and nephew Krushna are being manipulated against him. “Even if you see Krushna Abhishek’s TV programmes, you will notice how writers would make him say things that would insult me. I told him that he is being used to insult me and told him to be cautious of this. When I warned Krushna, Sunita would get upset. Also, I don’t know when these people would get upset with each other and when they are okay with each other. I more of a steady person,” he said.

The actor further added, “But you have to be alert in this industry because it is not that these conversations are happening just like that. There is some conspiracy going on, people are trying to create notions about me. I want to request not to create circumstances in my life that suffocate me, I request this especially from my own family.”
