Raghav Singhania: 38 years old. A billionaire. Rude, womanizer, ruthless. He is the most handsome, hardworking, the most successful Businessman in India with perfect attitude. Very ambitious and passionate about his work. Power is everything to him. He doesn't believe in love. He believes love makes a man weak. According to his theory, women are only for enjoyment nothing more than that. He believes in one night stand. He never fails to get what he wants.

Prem Singhania: 20 years old. Very kind, honest and whole hearted. After he lost his parents his cousin brother Raghav raised him as his own son. He loves his classmate Kalpana a lot.

Mahi Rathor: 36 years old. Raghav's wife. Rich, the only daughter of her parents. She is overconfident, rude and also controlling. She thinks she rules on Raghav's mind that's why she doesn't care about his personal matter with any other women in his life. Also having extra marital affair is common in that society. She is very proud to be a billionaire's wife. They don't have any kids. Mahi had to lose her utras due to an accident.

Kalpana Jadhav: 20 years old. She is a happy go lucky person. She is very beautiful, sexy, fun loving, carefree girl who lives her life fullest. She came from a middle class family. Lost her parents in a road accident when she was 13 years old, since then she had started living with her Mama, Mami.

Part 1

Singhania Construction

Prem entered into his cousin brother Raghav's cabin and asked, "Bro you wanted to tell me something. Placing a photograph on the table Raghav said, "I wanted to show you this. Prem looked at the photograph where a girl was laying on the bed naked and a man was on top of her. He could see the girl clearly but not the man as he was facing his back. Ragahv looked at Prem and was waiting for his reaction. Prem smiled and said, "This is not real. Someone edited this photograph. Taking a deep breath Raghav said, "I knew you are going to say that. "How about this? saying so Ragahv placed another photograph on the table. Prem looked at the photograph where the girl was sitting on the man's lap crossing her leg around his waist naked and the man was kissing her neck. This time he could see the man clearly. He raised his head with moist eyes to look at Ragahv and said, "Bhai, how could you do this to me? At least you could have thought about Mahi bhabi. After a little silence Ragahv said, "I could have sent someone else but you wouldn't believe. Wiping his tears out Prem left from there with heavy heart.

"Sorry Prem, I had no other option besides this, Ragahv mumbled to himself. Ragahv leaned back on the chair. As he closed his eyes everything was flashing out in front of his eyes.

Flashback

Two months ago

Ragahv called Prem at his cell phone while Prem was staying in a hostel. Hearing a girl over the phone, Ragahv asked, "Is this Prem's number? "Yes it is, the girl replied and added, "He is in the bathroom that's why I picked up his call.

Singhania Mansion

"Prem, you have a bright future ahead, Raghav said and continued, "I don't have any kid. After me you are the one who has to run this business. If you waste your time on this then how you will be able to succeed in life.

Prem: bro I don't want to be a successful businessman like you. I would like to live a very simple and happy life with my wife and kids. I would like to focus on my family more than my career.

Raghav hired a private detective named Ravi to inquire about that girl. Few days later Ravi came to Ragahv's office and said, "Sir, I gathered all the information about that girl. Her name is Kalpana Kapoor. She is 20 years old. She came from a middle class family. Her father was a college professor. She lost her parents in a road accident. Since then she was living with her Mama, mami. Kalpana and Prem are classmates. I saw them together several places. "Hm, the only word came out from Ragahv's mouth. He looked at Ravi when he said, "Sir, one more thing. I heard Kalpana saying to her friends while they were having coffee at a coffee shop that she is going to casino in this evening.

In the evening

Since Kalpana came to the casino Ravi kept his eyes on Kalpana. Her each and every movement were noticed carefully by him. When he saw her losing her 5000 rupees while playing game, he walked toward her. "I am sorry, I won't be able to play anymore, saying so Kalpana stood up. Why not? hearing Ravi Kalpana looked at him. "I don't have money, Kalpana replied with a smile. "Would you like to have one? Ravi offered her a drink.

Kal: no, thanks

Ravi: don't worry. You don't have to pay for it. For you this is free.

Kal: sorry. I don't take anything for free

She denied though she needed a drink to cool her brain after losing money.

Handing her over a piece of paper with his phone number, Ravi said, "Take my phone number and come to return my money. Kalpana smiled. Taking the drink she gulped half the glass in one go. Though the taste was different but she didn't care.

Ravi: you were doing well. You can borrow money from me to continue your game.

Kal: no I don't want to continue

Somehow Ravi convinced Kalpana to continue the game. Actually she was not in her sense to take any decision. Kalpana was totally unaware that it was all planned.

The next day

Ravi dialed Kalpana's number. He heard her saying over the phone, "Hello, who is it?

Ravi: this is Ravi. We met last night at the Casino. You were drunk that's why I had to drop you off home.

Kal: oh, yah, I remembered that

Ravi: good. Were you still sleeping?

Kal: I woke up few minutes ago

Ravi: I would like to meet you in the evening.

In the evening

Sitting at a coffee shop Ravi was waiting for Kalpana. Few minutes later Kalpana came. "Sorry to make you waiting, Kalpana said and added, "I still have headache. I think the drink was too strong for me. Fixing her on a chair she asked, "Ha tell me, how much did you borrow from you? "15 Lakhs, hearing Ravi Kalpana stood up. "What? the only sound came out from her mouth.

Ravi: please sit down first

Kalpana sat back on the chair.

Ravi: you lost all the money. The problem is the money you lost while playing game was not mine. My boss who I work for wants to give you 48 hours to return his money

Two days later

Kalpana and Ravi met at the same coffee shop again. Placing a bag on the table Kalpana said, "here is 5 lakh cash and 2 lakh rupees jewelry my parents saved for my future. That's all I have for now.

Ravi: my boss doesn't do anything for free the way you don't take anything for free

After a little pause he said, "I have a proposal for you.

Flashback end

Present

"Sir, it is 10 PM. Aren't you going home? hearing the guard Ragahv opened his eyes.

Singhania Mansion

At night

Seeing her husband unbuttoning his shirt, Mahi walked toward him. "Let me help you, Mahi said with a smile. While unbuttoning Ragahv's shirt, her eyes fell on lipstick mark on his chest. "How is she? hearing Mahi Raghav held her hand to stop from unbuttoning his shirt. Totally ignoring her question Ragahv went to the washroom.

As Raghav closed his eyes standing under the shower, Please go slowly. This is my first time; Kalpana's words rang into his ears. He opened his eyes slowly. He still could remember her moist eyes...those beautiful eyes... there was something.

On the other hand as Kalpana pulled her dress down, her eyes fell on the marks on her body given by Raghav. She never thought she would be the payment to pay the debt.
