As Dragon said these are fictional characters we survived so far let's take them to finish line with what CVs give...what was if we compare it only adds to misery

Get a life outside of NK in parallel...doing things suggested here...addictions are hard to overcome but one does n life moves on...

Indulge in things that make you happy. Watch good series, talk to your near and dear ones, travel, pick up a good book, watch a good movie, exercise a little- releases endorphins, drink plenty of water! Chill out with friends . Be happy. Happiness is contagious. May be, meditate .

Some good stuff you can watch

1) house md, scrubs, All docs love this

2) a few Pakistani tv shows were pretty good- humsafar, zindagi gulzaar hai, behaad, diyaar e dil

3) watch ask laftan anlamaz. This is funny and nice

4) english fun shows like bbt, himym, rules of engagement, modern family, it is always sunny in Philadelphia, will and grace, simpsons, family guy, new girl etc

5) WATCH DISNEY MOVIES! That is the best recreation

6) S.I.T has some great web series . Or filtercopy as darshana suggested

7) there are a few great shows like Trevor noah, jimmy fallon, ellen, seth mayers or john oliver. My personal favorite is john oliver

8) YouTube has a bunch of pranksters- romanatwood, prank vs prank or some great react videos that is the react channels, some great interviews especially between two ferns, or any other channel- AIB, EIC these are great too

Well, youtube is a loop. It is a never ending sea. If nothing else watch funny baby videos.

10) watch got!! Or castle or other crime dramas. Oh! Brooklyn nine nine is amazing. Andy smaberg is bae
