i am not impressed with the direction of kkb..i am not impressed with the so called leap that is going to happen..i am not impressed with the character of tanu being supposedly the again villain in the leap..this is one of the worst situation that is being taken into the leap...i am just not impressed with anything that has happened to go into this leap at all at all...after sticking four years with this show hoping for some good to evolve we are back to basics..this leap is no a new beginning it is just a recycled bakwas that is going to happen...😡...and i feel that kkb is not going to be faring good after the leap

Haven't seen in recent times a top channel with makers collectively highlighting negatives of their show more in their promotions/advertising campaigns not realizing too many forced shocks instead of creating curiosity, may inversely irritate viewers more...

So Zee wants people all around world to jump in joy to watch KKB from next week especially in India, after seeing this caption 'Pragya daughter' highlighted with a new man in a new family photo with NO Abhigya glimpse, focusing more on entry of unconvincing kid with a new Rockstar King, and additionally when original hero Abhi is left away as though he is some side character in a montage..😳

Apart from weekly episodic content, plot happenings, montages have psychological effect on most viewers..😊 (Abhi being shown with Munni on KKB montage after 2 weeks in Jul 2017 slowly started working negatively for KKB; its viewership, ratings and feedbacks came down in Aug 2017 when people lost hope of seeing Abhi with Pragya ever).

Feel market research, programming, creative and advertising teams could have thought about much more seriously on this new promo, new montage and also their online campaign strategies..

Agree with you @ann, this is somewhat similar to the opinion i have voiced out in "Aalya and Dadi are both right" thread.

Now, I am going to resort myself to this satisfaction. Let Abhi have Tanu and let him be serious with her, if his love for Pragya is not strong to keep changing at others opinion , then he deserves only Tanu, let him marry her. I want Pragya to be really happy with this King, I was so hating this King character, but I want him to be a loyal supporter of Pragya, unlike others, even her own mother. I know Pragya is in the wrong sometimes, she should have believed only in Abhi and confided in him and did what he told her do, but that does not mean, he throws away his trust in her so easily.

And also, after going through the emotional scenes between Abhi and Pragya during the jail incident and seeing Tanu being in the same room with Abhi and Pragya in the last episode while Pragya was handing over coffee to Abhi and asking him why they were in the new place, is really really like being thrown down the cliff with full force. All our hatred and intolerance toward Tanu is rising up again, I will like it if Abhi is teamed up with a new character, but not this Tanu, it means Abhi is indirectly supporting crime to the fullest. He has never investigated into any of the kidnapping, murder and other crimes that had happened so far because if he had done so, he would have found out that Tanu more than Aalya was behind all that. He never investigated about Munni also, he would have know that Taalya came into the house through Munni and he could have sent Tanu out again.

I was actually planning to go through leap thinking that we might see another wonderful acting display by Tisha, but now if Tanu is going to be a part of it, do not know what to say.

This is what I feel how next KKB track focus would be as per what I commented few days back..

Focus and max screen space post leap might be as below;

(based on old soaps & also due to Ekta hiring a popular & expensive star like Mishal along with some over hyped promises given to him by also exiting many important past/existing characters from this long running show)

King, his family, his music career, his budding love story, his rivalry with Abhi, his back story, his life issues, he trying to keep Pragya with him etc.
attachment of kid with King & Pragya and about kid's identity
some elements about Pragya with her new identity and inner turmoils or guilt
bit of Abh's anger, he becoming more lonely plus competitive in nature..
couple of old criminals who may be out again to attack Abhi / Pragya lives 😕

Now except for old or new flash back scenes, for pretty long time Abhigya as a couple can't get proper screen space, neither can they be put under same roof even if they are separated (unlike few earlier KKB tracks where it was possible), because now Abhigya shipper Dadi & Mehra joint family head link is gone forever.

Added to this if one observes, all interviews, spoilers, media articles, promos, campaigns, montages etc. have nil focus on Abhigya story for next track..they are repeatedly highlighting only about new entities King and daughter.😳

If we check youtube, FB & INSTA pages of Zeetv that has officially uploaded new promo online, can find more negative & upset comments of most fans of this 4 yrs old show..🤔

(while high no. of views for this new promo indicates KKB's global outreach, also bcoz technically its a well shot promo with a good budget spend, but promo outcome seems to be giving more -ve than +ve vibes, now with additional shock of Dadi being bumped off).

So who can bring viewership for first week of this new King track coming with a sudden leap & kid in KKB?

- Few Misha's fans waiting for long to watch him perform on screen
- Few staunch Shabir & Sriti fans who are excited to see them in a new stylish look
- Few anxious KKB followers to see why Pragya was living with another new RS King Singh leaving her RS husband Abhi by breaking her marriage vows and what's with that kid's back story
- Few non-KKB viewers wanting to try this new track of KKB based on recent promos & campaigns, also those who prefer watching kids based story plots on TV.

Now how many millions of KKB patient long time followers & Abhigya fans globally would be part of above list and how much fraction of them would comprise of BARC sample Indian households? we wouldn't know soon.😕

Also releasing such promo for major leap, new lead & separation with kids; starting a new track in Apr that too with a major overhaul of a long running show during IPL period could be a drawback along with changing KKB montage to Pragya standing together with another man & kid as a family away from Abhi. While May can be used as an excuse quoting IPL, its Jun/Jul that can determine fate of this track, its direction and overall future of KKB on Zee.
