The episode begins with Bhalla family praying for Ishita while she enters along with Raman and Ruhi. Everybody rushes to her and asks her about her well being. Romi asks her exasperated that - "Why does she keep doing this (disappearing without informing)". Finally somebody scolded. its not the first time that somebody has raised this question on Ishita's this bad habit - leaving without informing but she doesnt rectify her mistake. Ishita apologises as they got so worried due to her. Meanwhile Raman informs everybody that the land for her clinic has been approved. Everybody is happy and Ishita leaves to make coffee for everybody.
Next day dawns and Mihika gets a call from the bank that her gift card is over. Mihika is shocked and argues that she hasn't used it still. She wanted to gift it to her Periamma on her birthday so that she could go on a holiday. The bank manager offers to send her the transaction details, which she readily agrees, but after putting down the phone decides to go to the bank and check for herself. So Shravu's truth is going to come out in another 1 or 2 episodes.
Meanwhile everybody is surprised to see Ishita in the office. she tells them that she had come in to find some information. Adi and Aaliyah both offers to help, but as usual Adi degrades Aaliyah and says that she is always free and that she is herself new to the office so can't help Ishita. Ishita politely declines Adi by stating that she doesn't want any complicated information and asks Aaliyah if she can help her. Its a shock that a man who gets happy seeing his mother's progress doesn't support his own wife's career.
On the other side Sonalika's family has a meeting. They are shocked to know that they played such a good game but Ishita solved it off so easily and was aware about everything. Sonalika's family are not aware that Raman doesn't call her Jagga Jasoos just like that 😉😆 and that she herself has played this game with her family so is a pro at it. 🤣 They are further surprised to know that Ishita defeated Aarushi single-handedly. Aarushi states Ishita is really strong. 😆 Bhavna states, she is Sonalika's bestie and so joined hands to get her culprit punished. She is surprised that she even got herself admitted in the ayslum to scare Ishita but she did not get scared. She states luckily the warden was good otherwise she could have never got out from there. 😆 Aarushi informs that Ishita had messaged her past night that Raman does not run any recruitment business. The cabbie driver states that she is Raman's wife and no wife would go against her husband and secondly, even if its not Raman then somebody from her family member must be behind it. Bhavana adds to it that Ishita is the mother figure of Bhalla house who keeps the family binded and such a person would never help anyone to point a finger on any of her family members. The lady who played Sonalika's mother screams that this is what she is saying and then she reveals that her sister has left these 2 girls by her side and she has raised them like her own daughters. They all vow that they will not leave Raman Bhalla and definitely avenge their daughter's death from him.
Meanwhile in the office, Aaliyah is in the storeroom and looking for files which Ishita had asked for. Adi comes there and turns her roughly towards himself. He screams at her that why is she filling everybody's ears against him ?What did she say Ishita that she denied his help and is taking her's who is useless and has absolutely no knowledge about anything. He asks her to stop coming in between his work. Raman comes in at that time, Aaliyah tries to warn Adi but he ignores it and keeps his rant on. Raman asks them to stop it. He sends Aaliyah away and then has a word with Adi. He tells him that this is no way to speak to his wife. He also states that he doesn't want to come in between as they are a couple but he is noticing that his behaviour is going from bad to worse with Aaliyah.
Adi tells him that if he doesn't want to come in between, he better not. He states that Aaliyah has no ability and she is coming to office only to prove that she is better than Roshni. Raman asks him not to judge anybody's ability and to give her a chance to prove her mettle. Adi huffs and says that he is and then leaves. I really dunno what to make out of Adi's behaviour. He is aware of Aaliyah's mettle as she had worked with him before marriage. Even if she had taken break and is now coimg to prove herself better, what's wrong with it. Let her prove. Why is he getting so worked up due to this.
Meanwhile in Raman's cabin Ishita is asking about ventures from Aaliyah when Raman enters. He asks a few questions which goes unaswered from the 2 ladies who are busy in their own world.😆 He then says - "Ishita ji" couple of times to get the answer and succeeds. Ishita is surprised and asks him why was he calling her "Ishitaji". He informs about his son behaving badly with his wife and seeing them he realised, he had also talked badly with Ishita many times so trying to rectify. Ishita tells that - " Good ! they are learning from kids." Finally he realised that all this behaviour , his son learnt it from him. I hope Raman behaves and stays on this stand and not scream at Ishita the next time.
As they start their lunch they hear voices from outside. Raman and Aaliyah goes to check and find Neha their. Neha requests Raman to intervene who then asks Adi for details. Adi states that Neha was given 3 months of maternity leave and now she is requesting for more due to which his work is suffering. He tells him that it was his project and his POV should matter, clearly asking him not to interfere, that too in front of an employee. Extremely bad behaviour. 😕Raman then handles the situation and tells Neha that since Adi was her immediate boss, he doesn't want to interfere and asks both Neha and Adi to sit and resolve the issue. He then leaves from there.
Ishita and Raman discusses this and Ishita feels Adi was not doing right with Neha as she was a new mother and have to handle a toddler. Raman states that she is right but he doesn't want to interfere as he wants Adi to learn how to handle all this small problems and that Adi was doing according to the company policies. Ishita then tells him that they can always bend the rules and even government has now approved 6 months of maternity leave. Raman states that to get this rule, they will have to make some changes in their company policies. He then asks her to stop this discussion and enjoy their lunch. Then yesterday's precap plays where she questions about any recruiting agency. She states that he never told her about this business and then Raman reminded her that he had. He reminds her that when she got blind, Shagun had called him and told him that she wanted to felicitiate him as he was doing a noble thing by recruiting so many helpless people. Ishita also recalls it. Ishita questions more and asks whether he had papers of recruited people etc. Raman gets irritated and questions if she have come here for lunch or investigate something. He then apologises and states that they are the worst years of his life and so he gets irritated with the questions of those years.
On the other side, Adi and Neha have a word and Adi stands firm on his verdict. Aaliyah listens to the whole conversation from outside. After Neha leaves she questions Adi and he states in frustration that - "Why does everyone come and lecture him. " He states - " When no one was here to handle , he was the one who was handling everything all alone. Raman had lost his memory, Ishita was in jail, Ruhi became a competitor, Aaliyah was in gambling and Param was taking all wrong decisions. He solely managed things." He says- " Its not easy to run a company, one has to become stone hearted. He had employees to give salary to and if company stops earning, who will pay them." He once again degrades her by sating - "Its not like you that since you got bored, you came down to the office. You don't have any ability. Next time don't interfere in my work neither question my decisions as I won't listen to anybody now." Aaliyah realises Adi has changed completely.
I somehow feel that this issue will be used against Raman when he will be arrested for Sonalika's case.
Ishita meets Aarushi in a cafe and informs her that they did have a recruiting business but she is still sure that whatever happened Raman's company had no hand in it. She tells her that she must have some misunderstanding about her sister's company and it must be some other company. Aarushi states that she had no misunderstanding and she shows Ishita Sonalika's recruitung letter signed by Raman himself. She then leaves stating that if Ishita was really so worried about her then she finds out what happened with her sister and then meet her. Ishita is thinking how to find out the truth.
Precap
Ishita confronts Param. She tells him that he misused Raman's memory loss and was recruiting people in London illegaly and was also using Raman's company's name for his illegal works. Param cooly denies any recruiting business. Ishita asks him to stop his act. Param then states that she is very well aware that if he opens his mouth what will happen. He will go and state the truth and Pihu will be arrested. Ishita is in tears.
I hope Ishita stops bending to this threat of Param. She should realise that in order to save Pihu , she has been playing with many lives. Earlier it was restricted just to her family but now even outsiders lives are involved. She should try and save Pihu in legal ways rather than this way. She should now come out clean about everything with Raman and they should both try and resolve this issue. But as usual i don't think CV's will take this route of couple sharing details. Their female lead would then not be termed as "MAHAAN" then. 🤢
