Main reason for me to watch this show is Neil Khanna. This guy in the entire ITV is like an epitome of perfection. No manhandling, no use of abusive language towards the fl, is sensible enough to make decisions and bear their repercussions too. He knows the difference between right and wrong, for him it is not important who is right rather what is right is the most important thing for him. Has brain (which most ml lack 🤢). A breathe of fresh air among the MCPs and AYMs,

You guyz made me feel nostalgic🥺im heartbroken that this leap has changed and broke everything I loved into zillion pieces I always loved Ananya verma -the badass no nonsense girl who drew my attention and made me watch nk besides avNeil's chemistry though I knew the history of her past her attitude and the junoon she had to destroy DVM staying one step ahead of Neil -the police wala intrigued me so much till avNeil marriage TBH I never understood Neil Khanna and his weird obbession for Ananya Verma/Avni because he said he loved chuhi but was not ready to back off from marrying Rhea even when his own mother was against it at one point but he was obbesesed with ananya Verma infact I used to feel irked when he was haath dhoke peeche padaa tha behind Ananya in a nutshell till avNeil marriage Neil Khanna was a puzzle and confused soul to me 😆

I started watching the show from the beginning when Ayesha was there initial four to five episodes .. I loved Arsheen and Ali (I dunno the name ) and watched only their scenes on hotstar . Ali was such a munchkin you know . Then quit and started watching post leap . The thing which attracted me was story and characterisation of Ananya /Avni and Neil. The way they were closely chasing each other at loggerheads was eye grabbing! Other reason is our Neil Khanna who was a revolution in ITV . A smart intelligent cop who had a heart of gold , respects girls as equals , never judgemental , stands up against his mother / family when they are wrong and is just perfect which every girl would want . 😳 Avni for her fiery nature and self respect even when Neil requested she never budged . Only when he forcefully took her to his bachelors pad she came along .

AvNeil and their chemistry and their simply yum love story got me loving it!

But Neil Khanna the male lead made a lasting impression with how different he was to other ITV male leads! He is truly one of a kind! So is Avni. But there can never be another Neil!

Although Zain and Aditi's sizzling chemistry is one of the actual attractive factor of this show, the major turn on is Neil's character. How he stood up for right things. He never shied away from stating truth or calling out who are wrong. This makes him entirely different from all the male leads who " chup chap takes all the crap from elders". Respecting elders is a good thing but saying yes for everything they say when they are doing wrong, according to me , its stupid. I still remember in the hospital scene in which he outrightly told Bebe that saying sorry wont make up mistakes or when Avni left home due to MU created by Ali or how he call out his mother reg how swetha seperated his father from bebe when swetha told him about Avni is creating differences in family. He know that his mother doesnt under stand him sometimes. But he loves his mom.But Neil was never like typical male leads. Be it his own mom or Bebe, he did call out when they are wrong. He always took wise decision. He played well the role of a shrewed police officer. I always felt thst his role could have been written better. He always stood with his wife. He dont care about her parents najayaz rishta or her family. All he care about HIS wife or the person Avni. He gave her enough freedom to have good life out being his wife. He knws that her life doesnt revolve around his family. He respect her freedom.
