I just feel its nothing like this except that they wanna show the trust Naina had gained in her teachers heart...she knows her father well...so obviously she wouldn't risk her life and career ahead and so would take the blame for Naina's sake😊
But it also is being shown to present a trailer for Naina that how would he react when he comes to know about her love story😛

This is just my pov...lets see how things take a turn😛
