1) Kang Min Ho from Beating Again/Falling for Innocence
Oh, what a guy. What style, what adaa! Totally badass, and totally vulnerable. And his dialogues, Masha'Allah! Kang Min Ho is the fully fleshed out version of Choi Se-hoon of the webdrama High End Crush and he's funny, mean, intimidating, and heartwarming. In a word, one michinsaekki!
Here's a fan made tribute:

(And oh, I loved Choi Se Hoon as well)
2) Sung Duk-seon From Reply 1988
Oh Duk-seona! What a charming, utterly charming child. Spontaneous, warm and there for the taking if only the young men in her neighbourhood had more go!
3) Choi Taek From Reply 1988
My darling!!
4) Ryu Dong-ryong From Reply 1988
I think Dong-ryong could pull me out of depression.
Here is a little taste of the havoc Duk seon and Dong ryong bring about when they're together.

5) Gu Yong-ha "Yeo-rim" from Sungkyunkwan Scandal
Blase, drawling, mischievous and yet intensely loyal I loved Song Joong-ki so much in this one!
6) Park Soo-ha in I can hear your voice
My first drama with Lee Jong Suk in it. I thought he was pretty and he rent my heart with his depiction of Park Soo-ha.
7) Kim Sam Soon from My lovely Kim Sam Soon
She was a spunky one, Kim Sam Soon. Full of insecurities but brave with it.
8) Cha Hong-do From Heart to Heart
A socially crippling condition and all alone in the world, Hong Do battles quite a few demons in this rather underrated drama. But ultimately, she's so courageous.
9) Go Yi-seok From Heart to Heart
He's got problems of his own and I couldn't see for the first three episodes why he should be the male lead... but he got under my skin and crept into my heart.
Cha Do Hyun from KMHM. I know most people prefer Segi over Do Hyun. I like Segi too but the reason I prefer Do Hyun is simple. He was a really nice guy and all the other personalities were fragments of him anyway.
I am not a JCW fan but I love his Healer character.
Yeo Woon from Warrior Baek Dong Soo. He is the ultimate Kdrama anti hero for me. I was heartbroken when he died. He was misunderstood from the beginning till the end and I still can't forgive the writers for doing what they did. YSH was amazing...even the younger actor was superb.
Six Flying Dragons has too many awesome characters but if I have to pick one, it's gonna be Ddang Sae. I totally fell for Byun Yo Han after this.
Geol Oh in Sungkyungkwan Scandal. SLS. Big time.
From more recent dramas, I really loved Go Kyung Pyo's character in Chicago Typewriter. I did not even like him before this but he totally changed my perception about him with this drama.
My 2PM boys. JunHo's Gang Doo in JBL and Chansung's Seo Noh is Seven Day Queen. I never wanted any Kdrama character to survive as much as Gang Doo. Seo Noh made me cry buckets in the end.
As for females, all of Min Young's characters. She is like the female LJS for me and I end up loving whatever she does. I can't decide which character I like the most though...maybe Young Shin...but Chae Kyung in Seven Day Queen is her best performance till date.
Sun Hwa in IRIS played by Kim So Yeon. The character was superb, the acting was top notch. We rarely get to see well etched second female leads in kdramas. She is the best from all the dramas I have seen. She surpassed the female lead in this drama.
This drama is pretty underrated, but I love My Love Eun Dong and it's female lead.
This might seem like an odd choice, but I really loved the female lead in Yong Pal. The character almost turns dark, but I loved it because we see male leads going on revenge spree but never the female lead, especially in kdramas. KTH was really good in her role.
From supporting characters, the lady boss from She was pretty was awesome.
Hyemi's little sister in Dream High.
Pretty sure I am forgetting some characters because at this point I can't even remember how many dramas I have watched...will add more later if I remember them.
