what happened in todays episode?

hey guys, i wasnt able to watch todays episode.

Nothing much happened ... Mr Jugaad convinced Akhilesh to go for the reversal surgery under him and he gave medicine to Akhilesh so that he continues to feel weakness and Pushpa is having eye problem, Ira understands she needs eye checkup but they have shown Pushpa's eye problem hilariously. Akhilesh is fully accepted that he is being weak due to side effect of vasectomy.

Yeah you didn't miss much in terms of the actual story. It was kind of like a filler episode to build up and set the story for the actual drama to take place in the following week...
