Ishita was laying unconscious on the bed while Raman and his parent were sitting around her waiting for the doctor.
Raman -papa, abhi tak doctor aaye kyun nahi??
Mr bhalla -i called him, bas aate hi honge.
Raman -ishita should be fine, papa. Usse kuch nahi hoga chahiye.
Mr bhalla -kuch nahi hoga puttar, kuch bhi nahi hoga. He said to consoling raman when finally the doctor came.
Mr and Mrs bhalla move aside to let him check her while Raman was sitting holding her hand. Doctor checked her thourougly and gave her an injection.
Doc-its all because of stress, inka bp badh gaya hai. Dekhiye, aap logon ko inka bahut khayal rakhna hoga. She went through much mental trauma, coma mein thi phir itna bada operation. She is not in a position to take any kind of pressure. So it's my sincere request that u all please do take care of her, warna agar yeh aise hi stress mein rahi toh I am sorry to say but she may again slip into coma. He said making all shocked.
Raman -yeh kya keh rahen hai doctor sahab. She is just recovering and u r saying that she can again slip into coma.
Doc -yeh main nahi reh raha, inki haalat keh rahi hai. Dekhiye inki haalat bahut achchi nahi hai, aap sabko inka bahut khayal rakhna hoga.
Toshiji -we will do it doctor, aap joh kahenge wahin karenge. Bas ishita puttar ko kuch nahi hona chahiye. She said and doctor said -main inki medicine change kar raha hoon, aur kuch test bhi likh raha hoon. Aap aa kar karwa lijiyega.
Raman nodded and doctor went instructing them about Ishita's health.
Raman and his parent were sitting looking at each other when Raman said -its all because of those morons. Unn logon ne ki yeh sab kuda bhara hai ishita ke dimaag mein, unke kaaran hi ishita itna stress le rahi hai, inko toh main, I will kill them. He said getting up angrily when Mr bhalla said -ruk jao raman. It's not the right time.
Raman -u r still waiting for right time papa. They r hell bent to kill my ishita, uski tabiyat kharab kar rahe hai, still u want me to wait. I think it's high time, mujhe sab kuch ishita ko batana hoga. He said making his parent shocked.
Toshiji -yeh tu kya keh raha hai, Raman. R u even listening to urself.
Raman -haan maa, Maine bahut soch samajh kar yeh faisla liya hai, I have decided to tell everything to ishita and I know she will believe me. I can't see her juggling between me and them. Usse hum dono mein se kisi Ek ko chunna hoga and I know she will choose me only, coz she loves me more then she trust them.
Toshiji -but Raman, isse uski jaan ko koi khatra, she was saying when Raman cut her in between and said
-nahi maa, ab koi but nahi, ab samay aa gaya hai ki mujhe apne pyaar ko parakhna hoga. Hume yeh test dena hi hoga and have to pass with flying colours. So I have decided that I will tell her all the truth. He said determined making Toshiji think while Mr bhalla said -agar tum yeh karna chahte ho, then I am with u. I know thodi pareshani ho sakti hai but at the end, jeet tumhare pyaar ki hogi.
Toshiji -aap bhi yeh keh rahe hai bhalla ji.
Mr bhalla -haan, kyunki mujhe bhi yahin sahi lag raha hai. The way they r playing with her mind, I think it will be better to tell her the truth. Kyunki aadhe sach se behtar pura sach hota hai. So I am with u ,tum ishita ko sach bata do. He said to which Raman nodded.
All were sitting waiting for ishita to get up when Mr bhalla got up and was going out.
Toshiji -aap kahan jaa rahen hai??
Mr bhalla -I am just coming,tum log raho yahin. He said and went out while Toshiji too went out saying -main chai laati hoon tumhare liye,unn dono ko bhi dekh leti hoon, ki kya kar rahe hai dono. She said and went while Raman went to ishita and sat next to her.
He hold ishita's hand and kissed the back of her palm.
Raman -tum kyun khud ko itna pareshan kar rahi ho jaan. I agree I am being over sweet to u but there is a reason of this, aur woh reason yeh hai, ki main pyaar karta hoon tumse. Bahut jyada, khud se bhi jyada, hadh se bhi jyada. Itni takleef mat diya karo khud ko jaan, I can't see u in pain. He was saying when he felt movement, he looked at her and saw her looking at him with questioning eyes.
Raman -ishita tum kab hosh mein aayi, he was asking when ishita got up and said -kya kaha aapne, aap pyaar karte hai mujhse??
Raman shocked to know that she heard him but then thought it's good anyway as he himself was about to tell her the truth. He nodded and said -haan ishita, yahin sach hai. Main tumse pyaar karta hoon, bahut pyaar karta hoon.
Ishita got shocked hearing this and said -kab se??
Raman -hamesha se.
Ishita -hamesha se??
Raman nodded and said -yes, hamesha se, infact I fell in love with u, the day I saw u for the first time.
Ishita -kab dekha tha aapne mujhe.
Raman -that day, when those goons attacked u. I was coming home after a meeting and saw some people doing something in the forest. I felt fishy and went to check. There I saw they were burying u. I was shocked, I shouted and chased them away. Sab tumhe adhmara chod kar bhaag gaye the. I took u out and saw u were alive. I tried to wake u up but tumhari saansein tut rahi thi. Tumhe bachane ka koi raasta nahi dikha and I took ur lips in mine giving u oxygen. I kissed u for long giving my breath into u and finally could bring u back. U breathed heavily and I took u tight in my arms, woh din tha aur aaj ka din hai, I have been loving u madly since then ishita. Haan bahut pyaar karta hoon tumse, itna ki tumhare liye Mar bhi sakta hoon aur kisi ko maar bhi sakta hoon. Tum jaanna chahti thi naa, why we r being extra sweet and caring about u, it's just because I love u madly and badly. Aur tumhe kuch ho jaaye, yeh main bardasht nahi kar sakta, aur sirf issliye tumhe apne paas rakhna chahta hoon, safe and sound .he was go on telling ishita while she was just looking at him without blinking her eyes listening to his heartfelt confession.
