I am pretty sure now pooja was not cheating on Adi. I think she had discovered that she was suffering from something really terminal disease. And , she knew Adi would have completely destroyed his present and future life , first in treating pooja and then by remembering her. She probably WANTED aditya to hate her so that he can later on move on with his life.

I feel like neither Yash nor Pooja cheated on their spouses and I actually want them both to be innocent because it will be even more interesting and emotional to see how Zoya and Adi who were so much in love with their respective partners be unable to stop themselves from falling for each other 😊

I think she was pregnant is all. Probably could not decide whether she wants to keep the child or not. And they were cheating on their spouses for sure. It was told so in the interviews

If she was pregnant, Adi will kill himself for doubting her and if she was cheating, he will be destroyed that she was carrying another man's child! Either ways, Adi will explode!
