Not all Indian food are bad for health. Some are extremely goos and beneficial. Dhokla for example. Replace regular oil with olive oil and its absolutely healthy. Its mostly besan.I have lost 6 kilos of weight in six months and I never had salads or soups as the main course.

ANd btw there is no research that shows Karela jucie is good for health,. Infact excessive juice can damage your kidney.
