Dal chawal roti sabzi are the main foods for lunch and dinner.Nobody eats salad and soup for lunch or dinner.I don't think its possible to survive on salad soup karele ka juice only.Don't know how Mehta eats all these anjali's so called diet food all the time.Karela is not the only vegetable in the world. Mehta is not even diabetic.
Never saw her serving normal food. She cooks some great dishes when Mehta gifts her something but in general she doesn't even cook general dal, roti, sabzi. Now, what is wrong with dal? Its always salad or fresh cut fruits for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Who does that? She is serving the same nonsense three timss a day. No dietician suggest this.Even filmstars and athletes eat better than this. Worst still is that Mehta is still bulky.😆Instead of dietician, Anjali could have been just a poor cook but no woman here cannot be bad cook so she is just brilliant. If I were Mwhta I would have divorced her by now. Pathetic woman.
