The thing was, I actually skipped this post before thanks to your warning, because I thought it would be too long😳

I doubt Milind would have forgiven Ayesha this time. He would not have taken any revenge against her as he did when she married Neev. To do that one needs to care. Remember Ayesha telling him that she does not mind even if he hates her but she cannot bear it if he ignores her? I think he would have totally ignored her, would have been indifferent to her. That was a greater punishment to her than his showing his anger.

I'm sure you know we would be talking about this as if the 'falling off the cliff' hasn't happened. I agreed he wouldn't have his revenge, but that's not because he doesn't care, but simply because Ayesha's offense and their relationship is not the kind of thing that would instigate a revenge act. To swear a revenge act people would need to feel mighty insulted, lost something can't be replaced, etc etc that's just lack in what happened between Milind and Ayesha because of the baby kidnapping act. Milind felt betrayed indeed, but I think above all he felt disappointed. And he definitely CARED. So the best thing he could have done is to pretend to ignore Ayesha. And judging from his character he won't manage to do such thing for long, and that's why I'm sure given time he would forgive her for Ritwik kidnapping act. How did I know he cared? It's pretty obvious. The moment after he hit Ayesha and declared the end of any relationship with her, he practically cried and hit the wall and asked her 'why? Why would you do such thing? Why would you make these hands to protect you hit you instead?'. He cared, he was hurt, he somewhat regretted if not his actions then the situation by which he hit her and hurt her back with his words. He even destroyed the phone after talking to Prachi definitely not because he was upset with Prachi (of course) but because he was mighty pissed off with Ayesha and the situation he's currently in with his 'best friend'. This anger and emotion showed he cared a lot. So fat chance he would just lose the care and truly won't forgive her ever. But I do think he would start to not care once he knows that Ayesha tried to kill Prachi, or definitely if Ayesha tries to kill Prachi again this time not driven by her suicidal plan. Still if later Ayesha truly feels remorse considering this, given time Milind and Prachi will both forgive her because they indeed love her. But as long as Ayesha doesn't feel remorse considering Prachi and gets her misunderstanding cleared, Milind's forgiveness will always be futile as Ayesha will strike again stupidly thinking she's attacking a devil in disguise.

And the other reason I do not accept that he won't forgive Ayesha because thanks to baby kidnapping fiasco he nearly lost Prachi, is because if that's really the case, it means Milind more or less talked crap when he stated that what happened between Prachi and him was solely his mistake. It means he more or less blames Ayesha for what he did to Prachi and his decisions for their relationship.

This whole amnesia track has been thrust at us because of one simple reason. The main theme of all BT shows so far is to keep splitting the lead couple. With the solution of the baby raaz, Milsi faith in Prachi had become unshakable. If a woman can suffer the humiliation and pain Prachi suffered to protect his sister's secret, Milsi could not but believe in the depth of her love for him. With the solution of who the kidnapper of Ritwik was, Milsi's faith in Ayesha was destroyed. So the main person who came between them was no longer going to be a problem in future. This effectively closes all doors for Michi parting which snakeman wants at all costs. Yes, there could still be some scope for misunderstandings in the form of Prachi suspecting Milsi this time for the ONS. But they have been showing Prachi as this supremely sacrificing wife and her implicit faith in her husband has always been emphasised. So that would not have been possible. Hence this stupid PM track. I agree with you Magno, this track is going to be full of bloopers.

Yup it's partly your fault Opti, because you stated over and over again that if ever Milind doubts Prachi again after the baby track, you won't accept it and that Milind is a lost case! That's why they come up with something that will make you unable to blame him, hehe.

I do not agree here. If he assumed the blame for everything and not laid the blame on Ayesha, it shows his character.Ayesha may have been the trigger but it was he who acted on it. So he took the blame. That is the man he is. That does not mean that he did not consider Ayesha's hand in Ritwik's kidnapping too seriously. Of all the betrayals this was the worst he had faced, much worse than her ditching him for her revenge. He made no bones about it.

Of course he took Ayesha's kidnapping action very seriously. But for me if (only if) the MAIN reason for him not to forgive Ayesha is because of her kidnapping Ritwik he nearly lost Prachi, that means he did not really take the whole and the entire blame as he stated. So let's agree to disagree. For me that factor might be there indeed whether he's conscious about it or not since he loves Prachi so much, but it's not his main reason. It's more that he felt betrayed and disappointed and even ashamed that Ayesha would go so far to get what she wanted, even endangering Ritwik and trampled on him and the people he loves. Even when the flashbacks he had during finding Ayesha's real colors were mostly about how she instigated him to sign the divorce paper... Maybe those were to explain to him about Ayesha's motif for the kidnapping.

But as I wrote before I'm totally sure he will forgive Ayesha given the time (strictly about kidnapping Ritwik).

Magno, yes we will have to agree to disagree on this one. The flashbacks to me clearly showed why he felt so enraged and could not forgive Ayesha. He always knew her motive. But the divorce was largely the result of her action in the kidnapping. As to his forgiving her with time, though I am convinced he would'nt,we will never know that for sure, thanks to this stupid PM track. We may end up seeing Milsi serenading her instead, a prospect I surely dont look forward to, atleast I would'nt want to sacrifice my sleep to watch Milsi and WWW tango.
