Actually of all the versions of title song i m in love with this one its my favt ... In the opening episode naina saying voh akhiri saal tha jb maine top kiya kyunki uske bd shuru hoti h meri kahani ... This line itself explains the meaning of this song ... Sameer k uske life mei aane se kahi na kahi uski life ki priorties change Hui h ... Its actually natural ..aisa nai h ki padai imp nhi rahi but yes sameer ne kahi na kahi uski life mei bhut zyada imo place bna li ... So thats the beauty of actually being in love
