The meaning of these lines are so apt for the current situation... Naina is completely in her dream world now... She forgets everything else and only remembers sameer at this stage ... Even her studies which mattered to her the most... In the next phase, she will come out of the dream world and be back to reality... Eagerly waiting for that to happen.
