Can't say.If there are no villians they might bring them back. It has happened many times with Swetlana.

I doubt that is the end of NB sisters! Am sure they will be resurrected as per CVs storyline since Svet always makes a strong villain and is part of the KM incident! If truth be told, she has been wronged too or her dad has been due to Bua! So technically, their life has been destroyed by an Oberoi too!
