My vote goes for 3.

I am sure it will be all shown in flash back during the main climax scene..because its just not possible that Annika take such a HUGE risk without telling Shivaay anything...
And its not that Annika didnt have the chance to tell Shivaay..when she was giving him the key back, she could have easily told him then and there

But I guess thats to confuse us. DO you remember Memory Loss..tab bhi we had such contrasting things. Monologue kuch aur aur ho raha hai kuch aur.
We just need to remember that Annika can act and get into the character very well :P

Crying is still ok because she is really under pressure, even if it is a plan this is very difficult for her. She is very kind hearted and soft lady. Annika n shivaay's monologues during kalavati thakur track too were confusing ... This is a plan executed by all of them together ...n am sure bhavya dint kick veer in self defense when veer put chloroform coz it was planned that way... She had to act helpless asking Annika for help n Annika letting her go ...
