Seriously, what is the deal w/ his skin? Why is he so dark?

When i watched today's episode, I was in shock...they need to bring Jatin back to his actual skin color...he looks weird...

may be they want show some villain look 😕 😳 ..but that look sets him best as of now.. 😛
