Exactly. Bcoz she is more outraged about Financial loss and not Izzat loss. She is not talking about mental trauma of rape but only about how she got duped. i dont think anyone allows an alleged "rapist" to handle finances unless she was dating him or hired him as a manager or something.

no body gives away financial responsibility to strangers.
she must have benefited in her own ways n then risked trusting him.
it would have taken yrs for this man to gain her trust n gnaw her slowly
so it was not overnight..n since it is not a case of overnight issue i argue
that it is a pure consensual matter which now she has retracted to rape
n i am no fool to believe in such nonsense n waste my precious emotions
grieving for the undeserving.yes the man looks a good actor as well to have
fooled an actress so successfully.credit to this man's conning talent.

this is a badly written article.. she had some financial issue with the guy..so why include that in an article about a separate incident?

i take back my words then if the article is really inconclusive like u said.
i would also like to add then that best would be to wait for the investigation
to get over else it will be equally bad if we judge the man's char n sympathize
with zeeanat ji without knowing his side of the story as well just because
some once upon a time actress accused him of stalking /raping.

Just for the record - legally she is right... The rape laws are such that say if a man promises to marry you and you sleep with them based on that promise... You can charge them with rape if they back out... Add to that if there is money involved, you have a solid case

What else to make out of this case if she keeps changing her complaints? I also doubt if a 38 years old man wud rape a 68 years old woman who is like his mother unless that man was a serial rapist. Was he her manager who duped her? Or was he a lover? Why complain after 3 years of the alleged incident when even SC has given a deadline of 1 year to avoid fake cases? Something does not add up.

rapists do not see age ..else no one would rape 4yrs old.

why will a 68 yr old lady believe that a 38 yr old man is willing to marry her n so
decides to trust n sleep with him?is that not like exploiting the man who is like
a son to u?is this even feasible?what makes a woman believe that a 38 yr old man is
interested to marry her later n so she willingly enters into some sort of commitment
based or like @bips is telling that marriage proposal based alluring promised deal
which the man has suddenly declined to fulfill n which ultimately can amount to
rape under false promise of marriage based criminal offense.a 38 yr old man of course
can marry an elder woman bt still 38-68 yrs age gap is huge n this being an Indian Male
(Indian Males hardly will agree to marry such a senior citizen)the very offer seems impractical
