"wht 1 shld do to become a coolbie?" i mean is there a certain rule or criteria?

U see...a Coolbie is a person who Officially Updates a Forum,So if u wanna Become a Coolbie,then U have to Become the Official Updater of a site.....😳 Hope that Helps......😛
