The episodes are being rushed up. Tomorrow Ashok dies, Ishita surgery happens, it is successful too. When doctor asked who is the first person whom she wants to see, she says it is Raman😳😛 and he is right there holding her hand all the while😛. So yeah, looks like the London episodes start from Monday.

Ishita will keep quiet about simi because of ananya and param already mentioned they will stop the pills. Therefore that chapter might end for a while sadly as I guessed they'l move on to something else.
