I have just seen glimpses of the past few episodes n it just reminded me of sony's previous show Ek duje ke vaaste.
The show is based on the same storyline two school friends who are also family friends ...one is rich and other is not ( in ek duje ke vaste it was guy who was rich) n in both the shows d male leads are lawyers...then the two friends have major fight n one goes to abroad n dey don tok to each other for years n dey both don realise that they love each other
...

i ddn find anythng new in the show...😕

though i still miss ek duje ke vaste

Well, not that its entirely the same. The business set up here is quite new as compared to the Aatmasamman setup there.
The ML there was broken as a person but here he's chaalu 😆
And the FL is sober and composed, not bubbly or chirpy.

So yeah, its similar but there are a couple of new elements to this story. And tbh, I don't mind seeing the basic plot getting repeated in a million different ways. Can't get over the childhood parallels & stuff! <3

I agree in most of the cases yes but there are exceptions! And I'd like to enjoy the show in the moment rather than thinking ki aage kya hoga. And I kinda admire Sony's funda. If the show is doing well (in terms of story) then continue or else off air! They save us from unnecessary torture 😆

I don't know why but so far from what I've seen in I didn't like either of the leads. May be it's just start of the show, probably will have to give more time to them to like the show.

I just found this out, but this show is from the same makers of Ek Duuje. It's probably why I'm going to stick with the show for a while and see where it goes!

To be frank some basic things are same but not the whole story.
Though both ML r lawyer but in edkv hero was broken, easily manipulated and very rude ,sometimes he tried to demean that FL , honestly his nature didn't looks like a lawyer type to me
But here thank God CVS put brain on ML, even he looks really chalu type and always have his own point of view

FL r even different

Just hope they didn't start their misunderstanding like edkv
Just because of their MU stopped watching that serial so hope CVS don't repeat their mistakes again here

EXACTLY!
I don't want CVs to just keep continuing with their MUs.
And I completely agree on the differences part. <3
Siddhant Sinha is a tough Delhi ka munda and Anushka is very calm and sweet. The best part is ML isn't vulnerable not even lovable as of now. :P
