I don't think that the London trip will be for ishu's treatment .
Wasn't Raman ready for surrogacy w/o any bother for looking at other alternatives ?
Will shags donate her eyes this time ?
Perhaps ishugun will say this while the treatment will be for Raman at London .

For raman it's aage kuan piche khai that means both side is dangerous

As he not sugested to take his eyes ,he is selfish husband and romi is much better than him

If he would have suggested than ,irresponsible tag given to him as he want to be burden on ishita for whole life by being blind.
