The doctor said, "You are very lucky that Khushi has survived and she is perfectly alright. Here is the prescription. Get these tablets for her."
Arnav goes to the medical shop to get those tablets for Khushi. Shyam comes to the hospital and enters Khushi's ward. He asked, "I had planned to kill Arnav and Anjali so we can unite but you have screwed up the entire thing. Why did you get into that got damn car?"
Khushi: Where was my car? I could not find my car. So I took his car.
Shyam: I know that once Arnav suspects, it won't be difficult for him to find the truth. So I hid your car. You should have asked me.
The nurse comes in. She said, "The patient needs to rest. You can talk to her later on."
Shyam leaves. Arnav comes to the ward with medicines with home-made food that Payal and Dadi had prepared.
Arnav: Hey lazy bones! You need to have tablets after you have food.
He takes out the Tiffen and starts feeding Khushi. After she is done, Arnav makes her swallow the tablets.
Khushi: I love you Arnav.
Arnav: I love you too.
Both hug each other
The doctor comes in. He asked, "How are you Khushi?"
Khushi: I am fine.
The doctor said, "I need to observe her before discharging her."
He starts examining Khushi. After seeing the reports, the doctor said, "Your wife is perfectly alright. You can take her home. I will be preparing the discharge papers immediately."
The discharge papers are ready. Arnav takes Khushi home.
At the room
Arnav: I know that it is Shyam's work. He had set the trap for me but why did you take that risk? What if I had lost you?
Khushi: If I had not taken that risk, I might have lost you. What if I had lost you?
Arnav smiles: Delivering my dialogues to me?
Khushi: After all, I'm your wife.
Both hug each other. The background song is

The next day, Arnav leaves for the office. Khushi is getting ready to meet Shyam. Arnav dials Khushi's number. He said, "It is now time for us to end this drama and expose him before Anjali. You meet Shyam as per our plan. I will join you shortly."
Khushi: How did you know Shyam's plan?
Arnav: I had planted a spy behind Shyam who gives me all the information.
Shyam is waiting for Khushi who comes on time.
Shyam: Come Khushi, the divorce papers are ready. Only thing is your signature is required.
Khushi: I have not come to sign these papers. I have come to tell you that I have decided to stick to Arnav as he loves me very deeply. After my accident, I have realized my mistake that what I am doing is not right. Arnav is my husband. I can't betray his trust.
Shyam: How come you have developed the soft corner for Arnav? You can't do this to me as you love me.
Khushi: I was attracted to you as your dance partner in our college. Arnav became my husband the day I married him taking 7 promises before Agni.
Shyam: And what about the promise that you gave me?
Khushi: I had pretended to love you because I wanted to give you the taste of your medicine. Anjali is my food friend and you are doing this to her.
Shyam is shocked. He said, "So you have been cheating and double-crossing me. You will pay for this.
Arnav storms in. He said, " I know everything. The words that you have uttered does not suit you. What about you cheating my sister who loves you so blindly? Is it only you who can cheat or double cross? Khushi is the part of my plan. I had planted her as your girlfriend as di considers her as a best friend."
Dadi comes there. She said, "I got the doubt on you when Lakshmi fell ill after licking the drugged milk that fell on the floor which you took for Anjali. Arnav told me everything. Even Anjali has become wise of your plans.
Anjali comes in and slaps Shyam.
